This is just sad, they’re kids. Looking at other kids is not a sin. Bunch of weird grown ups loving this.

Such an odd technique to teach kids Islamic boundaries, a gentler tone would’ve been better because they’re not of age yet either so if you had to, say it nicer. Won’t be surprised if some grow up and rebel instead or go home and ignore her words, doing the opposite.
