Up the pay, and they will get workers. Because the un egglegal Black do not get SNAP benefits, or other benefits. The Aviation industry pay was an average of $35 now $28 starting. In AR, LA, AL I was seeing more Black workers now. Some are hotshot crews going across the U.S..
