Crucial election data to authenticate and verify vote totals, ballots, voters, registrations, chain-of-custody, ballot images, access logs, internet logs, etc., were all DELETED from the EMS systems in multiple states to cover up the fact that the 2020 Election was stolen. Some states completely wiped their EMS records and logs right before their systems were to be handed over for an audit. Data was present for previous elections, but all 2020 election data was wiped. Presler made it clear that if the SAVE America Act is not in effect by November 2026, then peacefully, there will be a Texas-sized primary waiting in 2028, and that message should be heard by every Republican in Washington who thinks voters are just going to clap forever while nothing gets done. “You are the Senate Majority Leader,” was the entire point. 2020 ELECTION ballots were being shredded just days after the November presidential election in Cobb County, Georgia on November 20, 2020, by a mobile shredding and recycling company. Under 52 U.S.C. § 20701, federal law requires for all ballots and other election records from any election involving federal offices must be retained and preserved for a period of 22 months from the date of the election. This applies to all states and territories for federal contests. For purely state or local elections without federal races on the ballot, retention periods can vary by state law—often 6 to 24 months or longer depending on the jurisdiction—but the federal requirement sets the minimum standard when applicable. Destruction is only permitted after this period, and only if no ongoing investigations, audits, or legal challenges require further preservation. If you had millions of fraudulent ballots and wanted to get rid of the evidence, how else would you do it? You're not going to move millions of ballots 2x and then dispose of them. For purely state or local elections without federal races on the ballot, retention periods can vary by state law—often 6 to 24 months or longer depending on the jurisdiction—but the federal requirement sets the minimum standard when applicable. Destruction is only permitted after this period, and only if no ongoing investigations, audits, or legal challenges require further preservation. If you had millions of fraudulent ballots and wanted to get rid of the evidence, how else would you do it? You're not going to move millions of ballots 2x and then dispose of them. This would be the smartest and fastest solution.
