Election officials commit a crime when they knowingly allow non-citizens to vote. The DOJ Civil Rights Division Division sent notice letters to officials of all 50 states and DC. U.S. Department of Justice will enforce the law & prosecute violations accordingly.

So when is Gavin Newsom getting arrested? They knowingly allow and facilitate illegals voting in California and Federal elections, they use Dominion voting systems and punish counties who don’t use it, they use the DMV for illegal alien licensing, they use the entire government infrastructure to cheat and steal. Based on public records received from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles, it appears that the RMV had NO policies in place to prevent non-citizens from being registered to vote from July of 2023 through July of 2024. We submitted public record requests in April of 2024, for all their records on how they prevent non-citizens from being registered to vote. They repeatedly ignored our request so we had to file a complaint in Massachusetts Superior Court where we prevailed. The RMV finally released their damning “manuals” which were dated in August of 2024, 4 months after our original public records request. It appears they created the manuals because of our request. The manuals indicated there were previous versions available so we asked for them. The RMV replied that “we have no records responsive to your request”. This appears to indicate that the Massachusetts RMV had no policies in place between July of 2023, when non-citizens were allowed to obtain drivers licenses, through July of 2024! Couple this with the evidence we have that there are indeed non-citizens on the Massachusetts voter rolls, @CivilRights @HarmeetKDhillon should pursue a comprehensive audit of the Massachusetts voter registration records. Perhaps this is why Secretary Galvin refuses to comply with the NVRA which requires public access to statewide voter rolls. In fact, there’s a Massachusetts law that prevents public access!

Harmeet Please consider a strategy to offer somewhat (minorly) reduced sentences for any election worker (lowest level) that comes forward and confesses their crimes. Otherwise, “we will find you and you will get the maximum sentence”. Scare them into coming out of the woodwork and turning in their bosses. Get them out of the election pool, gain lots of witnesses, at very little cost. And get the optics of thousands of workers all over the country exposing election fraud across the country. Sorta like offering the self-deportation offer!

The issue in Massachusetts is there’s no oversight or verification that 351 municipal election officials are all doing their job by keeping non citizens off our voter rolls and making sure only citizens vote-there’s no voter ID and no mail in voting id verification which makes it impossible to verify WHO is even casting a ballot.
