So... Leva is another "Klukai V6" situation. If you have her at v1, you can use her for all of the general content for AoE. If you have her at v6, she becomes a monster bosser. And instead of having the "problems" of Klukai v3, she is already amazing out of the box at v0/v1.

Do you need such power in general content? Probably not. But if Leva/45 is your wife and she's packing that much heat? You're probably jumping for joy right now. Should you start saving if you like the Electric team and/or Leva? Hell yes. Get Lenna V1 and Andoris V0 too.
