I’m an electrician and I wouldn’t use a single one of those jointing methods. Winding conductors like that contravenes minimum bend radius and doesn’t provide reliable mechanical jointing.

Some of these are terrible practices . You would lose your insurance if you did some of this in the UK.

🙅‍♂️🛑🙅Most of the showed practices are totally wrong! This is the reason why I don’t buy anything with 230V connector from AliExpress & Co. Most is forbidden in Germany (& EU).
