I tried it last year; I bought a box of 1" long quartz points from Amazon and I had the copper wire. I wrapped about 5 points on a stick from the woods and stuck it in with my one tomato plant. It went crazy!

Electroculture is also believed to dissipate chemtrails. The bigger the antenna and the more of them you have, it pulls the Aether/Electricity down acting as a barrier stopping chemtrails from forming or being blown from above. Only working in the areas you have them. Heard this?
