Parasites and other unwanted organisms can be picked up from many potential sources: food, tap water, swimming, travel, animals, and undercooked or raw foods, among others. As I’ve shared with you constantly, I’m privileged to have access to a lot of incredible longevity technology, treatments, and expensive toys. But 95% of the shark gevity things that Heather John and I do for our health cost little to no money. So the lack of money shouldn’t be a deterrent. After I posted about the crazy parasite cleanse Heather and I are doing, I got tons of calls and messages from friends asking: “What exactly are you doing?” So I’m putting the actual cleanse and protocol on the last slides.
