I can see if they tried coin operated elevators in America, they would get sued by disabled people who are wheelchair bound. If they are worried about non-resident are using the elevator, they could make it card ID operated. Give all the residents a card to use.

There’s not much to argue against a building in 7A or with a vacate order and the need to assist tenants quickly. The real rub here is the inclusion of broken down elevators, which in many RS buildings can only have 1 elevator due to their age. And then you have to consider nearly every elevator stoppage is tenant caused — doesn’t mean intentional but ask any property owner and they’ve all had the scenario of kids jumping up & down and triggering the elevator’s safety mode. Or someone opening the doors too soon and breaking the interlock. Now when these scenarios happen the city has created an automatic trigger to file suit on a property owner for being … negligent? These two hotel workers decided to put their phone into the elevator, they were going to race it to the bottom. So they prop the phone against the wall of the elevator and pushed the ground floor button and ran for the stairs. What makes this peculiar is when the elevator made it to the ground floor first, the door kept closing and opening as if someone was there, if you listen you can even hear a woman’s voice say “mmm.” I know some may say this could be an example of the paranormal, but could there be a reasonable explanation for this?

This is my biggest fundraiser project in a while guys. I became friends with Dusha Kharkiv volunteers, saw them feed kids displaced by war, special needs people who are the most vulnerable in these times and soldiers. They risk their lives to russian double taps by being first responders in Kharkiv, arriving at the bombing scene to give comfort food and drinks to the victims waiting on their loved ones to by rescued or found dead. Incredible human beings who work tirelessly to help people for absolutely for free. Losing their sponsors was rough on them but they proceeded with their work, keeping the project afloat with their own money. But cooking for 100+ people daily is expensive. Gas, water, electricity and other expanses kept building up. They are now in debt and about to be evicted from their facility. The debt is impossible to cover as it is 500000 UAH or $12500 and the city refused to cover it, so they were dejected and in despair. But I thought... Is it impossible? What if we can actually fucking do it. Me and Devin Woodall 🇺🇦 filmed with them to show their work and situation they are in. Just a day in their life for you to peek into.
