Today I have discussed with the Minister of Defense our preparations for the upcoming Ramstein meeting, which is scheduled for Friday. Our top priority is air defense – above all, missile defense against ballistic threats. Ukraine needs at the very least ten systems that are sufficiently effective against Russian ballistic missiles, and this is where Patriots are second to none. We have repeatedly raised this issue with the American side and with everyone in Europe who is in a position to help. We are counting on decisions. Just today, there were several air raid alerts across the country due to ballistic missiles threat. In parts of Ukraine, people are virtually living under the constant threat of such attacks. Right now, the world lacks not the systems themselves – but only the political decisions needed to protect lives. The systems do exist. There are even enough Patriots in the world to guarantee protection from Russian terror once and for all. But this requires a political decision – a decision by our partners. The second priority at Ramstein is ensuring continued support throughout this year. Stability and predictability of aid are the things that disappoint the aggressor and actually incite toward diplomacy. We need to eliminate Putin’s temptation — his hope that support for Ukraine will vanish. It won’t. The support will continue. We need that signal, and we need a steady supply of defense assistance.

Clearing Ukrainian skies of Russian guided bombs is a powerful step toward forcing Russia to seek an end to the war and a just peace. Our representatives have provided all the necessary information and details to our partners. I am calling on the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany – we need the means to fully and effectively protect Ukraine and its people. We need permissions for long-range capabilities, as well as your long-range shells and missiles. Making these vital decisions cannot be delayed – these are the actions that can have the most significant impact on the course of events. Even if you are not marching for peace, just be yourself, being a florist, being a merchant, being a talior, anything. That way you're contributing to the Peace Industry. People are just concentrating on fear, confusion and anger. And therefore just for a moment, I'd like us to think about Love. In a very magical, straight way, John and I met in London and from then on we stood for Peace and Love. And when I do this kind of event. Well it is... I was inspired to do it, but I still think that I'm still with John in spirit. John and I created the country called Nutopia. Not Utopia, because there was Utopia as a concept already. And we wanted to create a new concept, so we just added N on it - Nutopia - and as a country. Well, that is the concept of a country. And we all are citizens of that country. I miss building simple, working software. At some point, we decided to complicate everything for no reason. Today, people can't build anything without using three frameworks, 17 libraries, and a swarm of microservices. And here is a funny paradox: To understand how these complex systems work, we've had to build systems and tools that generate data we can later analyze. But the more data we produce, the harder it is to process and make sense of it. We are in the middle of an observability crisis. The tools we have are inefficient, and we don't have enough people to keep systems running. A few weeks ago, I met the team Resolve AI, and they have built a fundamentally new approach to observability and incident management: Instead of depending on humans to run a system, Resolve built a Production Software Engineer who runs the system using AI while letting people supervise. And it's not only crazy, but I think this will fundamentally change how we monitor and maintain systems in production for years to come. I recorded a quick video to showcase a simple example of how Resolve works behind the scenes. There are two main things I'd like you to notice: 1. The tool can correlate data across logs, metrics, and traces coming from different systems. You don't have to do any work to get the information that matters right in front of you. 2. (This is the big one!) The tool can diagnose what's happening and give you instructions on how to solve it. It can produce causal relationships across the entire system stack. Resolve is backed by investors like Replit's founder Amjad Masad, Reid Hoffman, Jeff Dean, Fei Fei Li, Andy Price, among others. They are currently working with a select number of companies and want to onboard a few more.
