Eleven's power in S4 vs. S5 The difference is killing me LMAO! 😭 #StrangerThings5

Some people are saying Eleven was exhausted in S5 Ep. 7... Mind you, she used to get nosebleeds and collapse from exhaustion literally every single time she used her powers back in Season 1.

Season 3 El was on DEMON TIME

El could have easily lost her powers for good at the end of S5 and she would have been of no interest to the government. She could have fried their brains so that they wouldn't know who she was and move on with her life.

I think it’s assumed that Eleven was overworking her self. So it’s not like she’s weak. It’s that she’s exhausted

That plate is approximately 2" thick, 10' wide and 30' long. The weight would be around 10-11 metric tons. The weight of a Huey fully fueled and crewed is around 4 metric tons. It weighed easily twice as much, and wasn't in motion when moved.

Her powers are the definition of inconsistent

This neglects the fact that in those particular scenes she was low energy and tired. Vs s4 post Nina project she was just amped

And she looks even stupid as a grown person doing this compared to when she was a child/ younger!!! 🤣

They also weakened her in the final fight in an absurd way. Just to give relevance to a mediocre male character and let him save her 🙄

What's funnier is that all those people could've lifted and moved that sheet before 11 did.

I wonder if the power of her abilities were always somehow tied to the level of danger being faced? Like flipping the tuck over the bikes was easy but it was to avoid them being pancaked. Maybe they were adrenaline fueled in someway, which kind of makes sense

It's been shown pretty regularly that when she's angry, she's stronger.

The power fluctuations were crazy. Season 2 she can move a freight car. S4 she pulls down a helicopter - arguable the weakest of aircraft (see: the god nut), S5 she can barely lift a metal plate. Then the Demo-creatures were also up and down.

Ones a big ass slab of metal and one is a helicopter being knocked off its axis. I didn’t enjoy the final season but the scenes make sense.
