Trump's Executive Order on USPS & Mail-In Ballots could finally end rigged elections in California & beyond, regulating mail-in voting at the federal level. The EO puts states on the hook to accompany a list of the eligible voters that are going to vote federally and who they're going to provide mail-in ballots to and also adds a unique intelligent mail barcode for tracking. Trump's March 31, 2026 EO directs the Postmaster General to start proposed rulemaking within 60 days to create uniform national standards for mail-in and absentee ballots. Ballot envelope must be marked "Official Election Mail" with USPS-approved logo/markings. Must be automation-compatible with a unique Intelligent Mail barcode for tracking. Must pass USPS envelope design review for compliance. States must notify USPS at least 90 days before a federal election if they plan to use mail-in/absentee ballots via USPS. States must submit a list of eligible voters at least 60 days before the election. USPS shall not transmit mail-in or absentee ballots to anyone not on a State-specific list. USPS must create and maintain a "Mail-In and Absentee Participation List" for each state. Providing states with lists of enrolled individuals with unique barcode identifiers. 1,706 PA voter respondents were asked if they requested a mail-in ballot, 556 NEVER requested ballots. 1,137 voters did request mail-in ballots, but 453 of their votes were NOT COUNTED in the PA 2020 election. Average this out of all PA mail-in voters... In Wisconsin, NO ID is needed for an indefinitely confined ballot requests. Before the 2020 election, 1,000 give or take, were requested on average. In the 2020 election, over 200,000 were requested. The DOD was involved in election patents in the early 2000s, which worked in conjunction with intelligence agencies and election companies to control the outcome of elections for regime change operations, not just in other countries, but right here in the United States itself. The glitch is not an anomaly, it's a feature, along with algorithms to monitor, alter, and control elections outcomes in conjunction with mail-in ballots and multiple other methods. 2020 was a successful regime change operation conducted through a fraudulent election on U.S. soil.

A data set pool was analyzed across every swing state (except Nevada), and it showed that 1/3 of voter's ballots never were returned when the voter stated they mailed back their ballot to vote. In the meantime, the people of Southwest Washington will not be deterred from exercising our right to vote. Any voter who returned their ballot to the Fisher’s Landing Transit Center ballot drop box in Vancouver — at any point this weekend — should contact the Elections Division of the Clark County Auditor’s office immediately to request a replacement ballot, due to the arson at the ballot drop box.
