Ella faces a maximum sentence of a year in jail. ⚖️ Ella was arrested earlier in November and given an ankle tag, and chose to continue... to march. They are likely to remain in prison until they appear in court on the 24th November, but could face a prison sentence of up to 12 months for the new crime of "interference with key national infrastructure". 🌡 These are the people defending your right to protest. I feel sorry for all the young people your organisation is convincing to get criminal records. I know it doesn't matter to you, but I do. In a few years they're gonna regret it. You know that. Where are the people over 30 getting arrested? Where are the doctors and academics?
