After thinking about it just a bit more, this is where I’m at with regards to this future tech: If you SAVE your mind Then It’s just that, SAVED. There is no continuation of time! You are just a COPY! Even if you PASTE onto a biologically similar body, you’re still a COPY, imo. Now: If you are awake during the TRANSFER and there’s no time-gap during the TRANSFER, Then I am much more inclined to agree that You are really still You. Because, there is continuation of time. So, time makes all the difference between being a COPY and being You, imo. Nevertheless, regardless what one may think about this, it does make for a fascinating mental exercise.

Saving state and putting it into Optimus is a good idea.. into a another biological body is no good. potential hazards are obvious when the saved state and the natural state of the biological being begins to conflict.
