The Earhart Expressway is underrated. A really great highway connecting the HollyGrove Neighbourhood in New Orleans all the way to Elmwood. More exits and entrances needed to be added. The original plan had the Earhart Expressway going to the airport and all the way through to I 310. It would be nice if they start trying to complete the master plan.
