I don’t think it was fake…. I’m guessing that Elon was fed up with the lack of action by our elected officials, bureaucrats and Trump not holding their feet to the fire. BUT your hypothesis is totally plausible.

They’re both masters on making people focus on a problem. Trump can’t say anything bad about his bill even though the Senate added all the added expenses in there, so Elon’s doing it. At the same time, Elon is getting everyone to suddenly talk about the Epstein files. They even have Democrats wanting the Epstein files to be released. They’re trolling everyone. LOL

I'm on the fence. But both made massive contributions to humanity. That's all that's important.
