Vaccines, in this case, don’t prevent infection. They are designed to mitigate the severity of the infection. Government lies, news is biased, I can get on board with all these things and agree. But this is like saying “omg that car didn’t fly”. It’s not supposed to.

Investigators say a company called "Coast Citrus Distributors" supplied the peppers to the Mexican food chains Chipotle and Qdoba. Both restaurants say they've stopped serving them, and the CDC says neither establishment poses a risk to consumers. Meanwhile, the agency is investigating a separate salmonella outbreak — this one tied to eggs from Texas. The CDC says nearly 100 people have fallen ill across at least 17 states. And more than 1.5 million cartons have been recalled.

Officials say cases of the severe stomach illness are now in Illinois, Kansas, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. That's in addition to Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia. The CDC has now confirmed nearly 2,000 cases across those nine states and at least 98 hospitalizations. Though the number of suspected cases nationwide is much higher.
