I suffered a stroke 3 weeks ago. I was so unsure about what would recover bur I set some goals and went to work. I still have a way to go but I’m confident I will be back even better than before. My 1st set of lines two weeks ago to me 1 minute 30 seconds. Check me out today.

Back in Vancouver from Bristol. Start shooting Malcolm tomorrow!! Really want to share all the things going on in life lately and will find some time to do that soon. It's craziness. But first HairClub will be getting me all set up with perfect hair for the shoot!

Since being told I had just two months to live (five years ago now!), I’ve probably battled 20–25 brutal jaw infections from the radiotherapy. My jaw is fractured and breaking down. I can’t really complain — I’m still here — but the truth is these infections are excruciating, and they always knock me back. Radiation can work wonders against cancer cells, but osteoradionecrosis of the jaw is a serious, complex price to pay. I know the infections will keep coming. I also know I’ll keep taking the hits, getting back up, and carrying on. Normal service resumes, then it doesn’t. That’s life: messy, painful, unpredictable, but still worth fighting for.

LeBron James reveals the heartbreaking advice he received after Bronny’s cardiac arrest. “I had a good friend of mine who went through a cardiac arrest as well.” “Back then, if you had a cardiac arrest, it was over. They weren’t going back to playing.” “He told me, ‘Man, I’m gonna be honest, it took me about two and a half years to finally get back to just normalcy. My body, my mind.’” “When it happened to him, he was 23 years old. Bronny was 19 years old.” “Bronny’s doing things right now, less than two years later, because of his determination and his will to get better.” “He said, ‘Yeah, I hear the noise. I use that as motivation, but I also know what I’m capable of.’”

🚨🙏 Jalin Turner explains his decision to come out of retirement back to MMA: "It's higher purpose and higher calling for it then just myself. For the people around me. And just that's what I feel where I need to be right now. I kept trying to run away from it, hoping that other doors will open up.. they're still there, still open. But this is where I need to be." 🎥 Home of Fight / James Lynch

I don’t really know how to say this but our caddie today was Cyrus from Trailer Park Boys. Not just a guy that looks like him, but the actual guy…His name is Bernie and he’s maybe my favorite person I’ve ever met. He’ll be with us tomorrow at Pebble, I will be reporting back.

Look. At. The. Rotations. First, Merino calms the play down rather than trying to make it a transition situation. This allows us to set up in our structure to build up from the back. Zubimendi starts at right back... at some point, he becomes the DM... then he ends the play in the box in the right half-space. But why? Notice that he only goes into the right half-space when Dowman goes wide. Once a player vacates a position, another player must be able to fill it... Total Footballers. Every time I rewatch the sequence, I focus on one player, and most of them are rotating so well without attracting too much attention to themselves.

"I don't think we were brilliant in the first-half but we were 3-0 up - sound!..It was just quite comfortable against a team of that level." "Frimpong, the way he drove up the pitch and created a load of space. It's something we've missed from right-back for large periods of the season." 🔜 Post-Match Show

Headed up from Benidorm to watch the Rangers game tonight missed the first 40 minutes due to making sure we had a taxi back from La Nucia anyway after that I missed both their two quick goals at the start of the 2nd half because of taking photos but caught Chukwuani first goal

#SEONGHWA planned to dye his hair back to black right away but will be keeping it blonde for promotion as well! ⭐️: I was originally going to dye it back up right after filming the music video… but the bleached hair matched the song so well that I thought, “Ah… if I keep this for music shows too it’ll look really pretty.” So I debated it a lot and since I haven’t covered it now, yeah.. I think I’m going to keep it for a while

WELCOME TO IRAN ! One of the Iranian tribesmen talking about shooting at U.S. army helicopters with his rifle when they were searching for their pilots two days ago: When I saw the helicopter flying right over me, I first fired two shots at the pilot’s window, then two more at the fuel tank. When I fired a fifth shot at the window again, the chopper tilted a bit toward me but then pulled back and flew away. At first, I told my family to stay inside, and I moved far from home so if the Americans tried to return fire, my family wouldn’t get hurt. But still, my kids came out all excited, cheering, “Dad, shoot him! Come on, shoot!”
