Patch 0.12.3 - "Blades of Ezochi" is now released! Patch 0.12.3 is a minor update patch that includes 3 new classes, some rules updates and a lot of changes to classes. Earthcleaving and Searing Lotus style are two elemental style sword classes, one of which is an anti-tank and the other a tank. Another paladin has also been added with gun paladin. A lot of classes have seen some key abilities redesigned or changed. Some of these such as backlash were too easy to use and lacked counterplay, while other such as defensive flexibility were resourceless defenses that warped the game around having them or not having them. Some other less used abilities have gotten some number buffs to make them less clunky to use. For the basic rules, precise attacks now have pinpoint by default to make them a better option against dodgy targets who often would still have enough guard to negate most of the damage. Multiple gunmen approached a gathering of people at a picnic area on the east side of the park, and began engaging those taking part in holiday celebrations. At least two gunmen took up a tactical position on the pedestrian bridge at grid coordinate: 56H LH 40786 48784 // 61.2 ft MSL. From there, the gunmen began firing at event participants in the park below. After a few minutes, these two shooters were eventually neutralized by armed police on this bridge. 1B Tanner Thach (UNCW Baseball) is another college bat to keep close tabs on this season. Thach was drafted by the Giants in the 18th round of the 2022 draft but decided to honor his commitment to the Seahawks. Thach made a significant impact in his first year on campus and posted a .290/.356/.544 slash line with 11 2B, 15 HR—a UNCW single-season freshman record—and 68 RBIs. He outdid himself in 2024 and hit .324/.406/.700 with 11 2B, a UNCW single-season record 27 HR and 75 RBIs in 61 games. Thach’s production didn’t end there, though, as he was named a Cape League all-star, hitting .275/.367/.493 with 6 doubles, 8 HR and 25 RBIs. Thach has a strong, physical build at 6’4” and 220-lbs. He has a crouched stance in the box with an open front side and a medium-high handset. It’s a bit of a noisy load in which he drops and drifts his hands, but Thach does possess plenty of bat speed. He has a steep, uphill swing path, and it’s a violent operation that is geared towards getting the ball up in the air and doing damage. However, it can get long at times. Thach’s carrying tool is undoubtedly his immense power. He has established a now-lengthy track record of power production with both metal and wood, and he has zero issue tapping into it on a game-to-game basis. Thach has plus in-game power to all fields. The biggest key going forward for Thach is for him to continue to make enough contact to get to his power on a regular basis. His bat-to-ball skills are fringy, though he did post a 90% in-zone contact rate against all fastballs. Like a lot of hitters, the root of Thach’s contact struggles are secondary offerings. He’ll have difficulty at times picking up spin out of the hand which leads to both miss and chase. He’s not afraid to range into the four-hole and he is a reassuring anchor on the right side of the infield. Thach has an advanced baseball sense, a trait that shines on a game-to-game basis. Detoxing to increase life expectancy and liver health:How legit medical practitioners are being comical (and very wrong) about health information. I like Dr. Pal Manickam. He is a Gastroenterologist from California. He makes really comical videos. Some of them make me laugh out loud. But I wish he would be more serious about the content inside his videos because a lot of it are heavy on the misinformation side. I chose to discuss this video because 1) it has garnered millions of views on Instagram and liked by more than 10K people and 2) it talks about detoxing and the liver and 3) it is standard clinician's creed/code to correct health misinformation. In the video, Dr. Pal speaks about endotoxins and exotoxins. Endotoxins he says are toxins within our body like urea and feces and exotoxins are packaged foods. I am deeply worried about his inaccuracies despite being a board certified Gastroenterologist in the USA. Endotoxins are the main component of the outer membrane of the cell wall of a specific type of bacteria - called the Gram-negative group of bacteria or GNB. GNB's are so called because do not retain the crystal violet stain used in the Gram staining method (invested by Danish microbiologist Hans Christian Gram). GNB's are characterized by their cell envelopes, which are composed of a thin peptidoglycan (made of sugars+amino acids) cell wall sandwiched between an inner cell membrane and a bacterial outer membrane. Endotoxins are literally "poisons." Their production in the body leads to inflammatory responses at the cell, tissue, organ and systems level which is taken care (neutralized) of by a series of complex process that start in the gut and involving the liver in healthy persons. Example of endotoxin is lipopolysaccharide. Urea is not an endotoxin. It is a substance formed by the breakdown of protein in the liver. The kidneys filter urea out of the blood and into the urine. Urea is the major constituent of the urine and the principal means for disposal of nitrogen derived from amino acid metabolism. Feces are not endotoxins, even though they contain endotoxins. They are sources of carbohydrates, proteins and fats and have nutritive value. Toxins do not have nutritive value. In the video, Dr. Pal says our liver will clear all the toxins. He also speaks about sunrise to sunset method - eating from 7AM to 7PM and fasting from 7PM to 7AM which will help detox the body and there is no requirement for "fancy detox diets." He then advises a 24 hour water fasting once a month to detox the body. The liver does not clean all toxins. The lungs, kidneys and skin are also important "detoxifiers" in the body. A lot of misinformation is spread by doctors who "detach organ systems" from the "whole" to sell their agenda of a special practice (like gut detox diet) or sell a supplement that will help improve organ health (such as liver detox drugs) completely ignoring the fact that the "The Whole (body) is Greater than the Sum of its Parts (organs)." The Sunset-Sunrise method is a type of time-restricted eating and a "fancy diet" which Dr.Pal himself is advocating against. A recent high quality study in the New England Journal of Medicine showed that time-restricted feeding DID NOT have any benefits over calorie restriction alone in the context of weight loss, body fat changes or metabolic risk factors. Water Fasting is an extreme form of "fancy dieting" and a possibly detrimental "fad diet" which has no conclusive benefits and is not recommended by any clinical societies in the world. It is only recommended by people with anecdotal experience on the same or by those who ignorantly advocate the same without understanding scientific evidence on it, like Dr.Pal himself. An 8-day water fasting only led to sense of well-being and did not affect metabolic factors. It increased uric acid, ketosis, lowered glucose and dehydrated people and can lead to lifethreatening metabolic derangements. Prolonged water-fasting increased triglycerides and insulin resistance after refeeding, the detrimental effects of which remain unknown in long term. All the current available studies on water-fasting is on minimum 5 day to almost 6 weeks of intermittent water-fast and NONE on single day a month fasting as mentioned by Dr.Pal. Again, this advise is just bluff and there is no evidence that it would led to healthier outcomes or improve disease conditons. There is NO evidence that water fasting or time-restricted diets DETOX the body. Detox is a wellness marketing fraud term which is thrown around by people, including doctors, who deeply lack scientific temper, critical thinking and rationality.

Ok, serious hat on. ZOG is dredging up a years old attempt of Milo Yiannopoulos to smear Nick Fuentes and the groypers. I did an 11 hour stream and interviewed the only person who ever leveled claims against Ali Alexander, where we discussed how Milo had arranged this entire narrative for the sole purpose of smearing Nick and Ali, who he had beef with. Because of this, I feel like I should address it again even though this is transparently another bad faith attack leveraging an actual abuse that has literally nothing to do with Nick in a clumsy attack against Nick. This Ali thing is repeated a lot by insane retards like Jaden who has been doing a hate show stalking Nick every day to 50 people since they stopped being friends 4 years ago. So it's something most groypers just ignore because it is known from the streams I and others did at the time to just be bullshit. It's an intricate drama, so I'll keep it concise. 1: Smiley chats with Ali in 2017 at age 15, trying to get a job for Milo/meet Milo. He sends him nudes at request to make this happen. He attempts to goad Smiley into meeting up with him at Milo's events, but smiley refuses, eventually ending the "relationship." This is before he is a groyper or groypers are even a thing. 2. Ali Alexander organized the 2021 stop the steal campaign and allowed Nick at his events, which at the time was extremely rare and useful to the groypers, leading to a working relationship, this relationship is massively overstated and Ali really was still very much an outsider who worked with AF, as he had his own organization and network. 3. 5 years after the fact, in 2022, Smiley for the first time tells Milo, his childhood idol, about what happened as Milo had a falling out with Ali Alexander and had made an open call for anyone with dirt. By this point, Smiley was a groyper, and Milo also had a working relationship with AF as he was close to politicians. Smiley has never claimed any further contact with Ali and was around 20 years old by this point. 4. Milo sits on this information and refuses to release it. After 6 months, he instead sends Nick vague texts saying Ali is "bad news" and hysterically requesting Nick cut all contact with Ali and disavow him. Nick requests evidence, and Milo refuses. 5. Nick and Milo have a falling out in 2023 following Nick's discovery that Milo was apparently still living with his gay black ex-husband and believing the rebirth as a straight Christian was just a desperate attempt for relevancy. 6. Immediately after this falling out, Milo responds after a year of nothing and collects a statement from Smiley about Ali Alexander. He then publishes it as well as the private intimate photos Smiley had sent Milo as evidence of the abuse all without Smiley's consent or knowledge. Milo uses this as a direct attack against Nick. 7. Ok, serious hat on. ZOG is dredging up a years old attempt of Milo Yiannopoulos to smear Nick Fuentes and the groypers. I did an 11 hour stream and interviewed the only person who ever leveled claims against Ali Alexander, where we discussed how Milo had arranged this entire narrative for the sole purpose of smearing Nick and Ali, who he had beef with. Because of this, I feel like I should address it again even though this is transparently another bad faith attack leveraging an actual abuse that has literally nothing to do with Nick in a clumsy attack against Nick. This Ali thing is repeated a lot by insane retards like Jaden who has been doing a hate show stalking Nick every day to 50 people since they stopped being friends 4 years ago. So it's something most groypers just ignore because it is known from the streams I and others did at the time to just be bullshit. It's an intricate drama, so I'll keep it concise. 1: Smiley chats with Ali in 2017 at age 15, trying to get a job for Milo/meet Milo. He sends him nudes at request to make this happen. He attempts to goad Smiley into meeting up with him at Milo's events, but smiley refuses, eventually ending the "relationship." This is before he is a groyper or groypers are even a thing. 2. Ali Alexander organized the 2021 stop the steal campaign and allowed Nick at his events, which at the time was extremely rare and useful to the groypers, leading to a working relationship, this relationship is massively overstated and Ali really was still very much an outsider who worked with AF, as he had his own organization and network. 3. 5 years after the fact, in 2022, Smiley for the first time tells Milo, his childhood idol, about what happened as Milo had a falling out with Ali Alexander and had made an open call for anyone with dirt.
