EMERGENCY DONCAST 🚨 🔹Was the Manager sacked? 🔹Player Updates 🔹Whats Next? All & More Watch Now 🍿

In short… The incoming manager needs to run the Saturday side as a Sunday league outfit… And let the circus on the touchline remain Would love to hear the board meetings

your ‘culture’ is ingrained in being a small sunday league club with big support you had a manager willing to take you above and beyond that, and sacked him off nonsense

Great Don-Cast, very honest & transparent(in true Dons style). FA CUP & FA Vase 2025/26 tour confirmed.🌺🌺👏👏🏆🏆⚽️⚽️🤗🤗

Can see the logic tbf. Even from a viewer the new non league stuff has a complete different 'vibe' to the Sunday league stuff of past. The essence was altered. Question is can that culture thrive in the non league style setup?

Following from Australia .. new follower:.. thought Dacey was class, also think the ethos of the club is Amazing. Very insightful video.. keen to follow on

People are getting mad for wanting to keep a family vibe around the club, yes the dacey sacking in questionable. But if the vibe is off, the vibe is off, Better to part ways before destroying the fundamentals and the work on the pitch and there being a negative vision on him.

Keeping it real is what is the strength of the club. Dream big, stay grounded and things will continue to grow.

Spent 22 years at King's Lynn fc, was kit man, physio, run the club shop. Spent years in the dressing room, and see the good the bad and the ugly, love the Dons for staying true.

The whole reason everyone loves SE Dons is cause of the culture and atmosphere around the club. Why take away the thing that makes every fan engaged and love the club. I believe they have made the right decision. I’m sure they will thrive in non league with their own culture.

@DonStrapzy_ No1 from the outside could understand the culture of the club I’d say. You have players that know football so I don’t see why yourself, G and Ryan as player manager run it. You’ve all been round long enough to know what to do and you couldn’t find better people to run it
