Many (like myself) have booked/paid for transportation. Do they not have a promenade, park, open space somewhere near the beach?

I keep saying it....go to the French Embassy in London. Or the UN. One of these will get you the support as it is THE PLACE that's responsible. French allow them, UN funds it.
