The Tate brothers filed this lawsuit back in March against me and several other citizen journalists on X who have been covering their ongoing criminal cases. We’ve been fighting this almost the entire year, and I want to give a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has supported us - whether by donating to the crowdfund, having me on your podcasts, or just helping to get the word out and offering encouragement. It has meant everything, and we could not have reached this point without you. Now the judge dismissed the claim against me with leave to amend, which gives the Tates a short window to decide whether they want to refile. My lawyer is confident that the case will ultimately be dismissed without prejudice, the same status the other defendants received - meaning the Tates could technically refile down the road if they choose. But for now, this is a huge win and an incredible way to end the year. Thank you all so much!

🚨 BIG NEWS: A hearing date has finally been set to (hopefully) have Andrew Tate's frivolous defamation lawsuit against me dismissed for good! I've been covering Andrew Tate's criminal cases for more than three years, producing countless videos using Tate's own words, in which he seemingly admits to the alleged crimes he's been charged with. For that, he's sued me for defamation (so he's effectively sued himself for defamation!). The end is finally in sight. A hearing has officially been set for 18 September, and I'm very confident the case will be thrown out - for the second and, hopefully, final time. 🚨Every American should be outraged over the arrest of Andrew Tate by U.S. officials for the purpose of extradition to the UK after the UK has promised to hold him for years without a trial. I disagree vehemently with Andrew Tate on many issues but he is an American citizen and in this country we believe in The Constitution and DUE PROCESS. Innocent until proven guilty. We have already seen how they politically persecuted people like Julian Assange and Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧 and we know how our President Donald J. Trump was persecuted by The Left for the same type of decades old abuse allegations. Like him or not, if we are ok with this type of treatment of a guy like Andrew Tate then the next time a Liberal Democrat administration is in power they may just extradite some of us for speech crimes against the British government.
