Tyler, The Creator almost gave up on making the ‘SORRY NOT SORRY’ music video the day before filming: “And then some happened to and finally it was like: “Yo we can't finally it was like yo we can't not do this video”, I do not want to be 43 with a seventy old running around like: “I should have did the video”, so we got it done. And literally the day before we shot it, I almost canned it, I almost can it literally because I was like: “It's a hair away from being creative and corny”, is like sometimes right here and I was like: “It's a hair away from being a little cornball”, but I changed something last minute it ended up being like one of my best videos.”

Toni Collette had told her agent that she didn't want to do any more heavy, dark films and only wanted to do comedies, but she liked the "Hereditary" (2018) script so much she couldn't turn it down. Here is Toni Collette stating the above: "I was not looking to do a film like this. I had specifically said, “I’m sick of heavy, I don’t want to cry all the time at work anymore. I want to make some funny movies.” My agent called and said, “I know what you said, but you need to read this.” And he was right. I loved it. I mean, I don’t know if “love” is the right word—it was more of a knowledge that I had to do it. It was so brilliantly written, so original. All actors really want is an opportunity to go for it, and I was given that opportunity in spades." (Toni Collette's interview with Eliza Berman, Time, 2018)

Kevin James says he fasted for 41½ days and lost 60 pounds for his daughter “Forty-one and a half days. Water and a little salt in the water, like a little electrolytes. When I lock on, I can do something” “It was mental. I felt so bad for my daughter. I said, I'm going to do this for you. It was something that I could do and apply it to, and it was so emotionally tied into me. I started fasting, and I didn't say, I'm going to do 40 days. I just said, I'm going to do whatever I can. I'm going to start fasting right now” “I was praying for it. I mean, I was worried. I did like four or five days, and I was getting through it, but I was wanting to get off it. Then I was like, I got to start to eat because I'm really hungry. And I talked to my daughter. She goes, ‘Have you been fasting for me?’” “And I go, ‘Yeah.’ And she goes, ‘Thank you so much.’ And I literally went, ‘Okay, I got to keep going.’ I couldn't stop then, so I just kept going, a day at a time. You know, just do it. But it's amazing how your body... you don't need food as long as you have fat on you. For me, I lost, I think, like 60 pounds”

James McAvoy says he was nearly cast in Harry Potter as Tom Riddle but turned down a £40,000 retainer "I was nearly in Harry Potter. I can probably say this one" "This the very first movie, I think it was, and it was, um, it was... was it Tom Riddle? In the first one, right, in the very first one, but he's like in it for like a scene." "It was a flashback or something like that." "They had, I seem to remember it was right at the beginning of my career, I auditioned for it, and I think they wanted to put me on a retainer." "They offered me something like, it was crazy, I'd hardly done any work, and me and I think maybe 10 other actors or something like that." "They wanted to put us on a retainer so that they could hold us and keep us to choose later who it would be. It was a really strange thing." "They offered quite a lot of money for me at that time. It was a ton of money, it was like £40,000 or something like that. And I'd done very little work, and I wouldn't be able to do any work for about seven months, I think it was." "And I said to my agent, what do you think? And Ruth Young, who's been my agent since, well, for what is it, 24 years at least, 25 maybe, she was like, absolutely not, don't do that." "And she was like, we're going to go and do something else and I ended up doing the play that I got booed off, got booed by homophobic gentlemen, 'Out in the Open'" "I did that instead, and got paid, I think, £275 a week. But it was part of the making of me, and I actually got an acting workout, it was actually learning and doing all that."

Rogan probed Trump about why he never opened them up during his first term, and Trump responded that certain people “asked [him] not to do it.” “I can't tell you whether or not they're going to find anything of interest... But I was asked not to do it, and I thought that was a reasonable ask. But now I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it very soon,” Trump said.

🐶No but, we added Kitsch back into the encore set and it kinda became a challenge unknowingly where the member who wore pants had to dance to Kitsch 🐰Oh I didn’t know about that 🐶So that’s why I was asking what were you wearing 🐰A skirt 🐶So I was looking for someone who was wearing pants today too. Kim Jiwon wore pants previously and I was like, “Liz you gotta do it” but she didn’t. But she finally did it today. It was a beautiful ending. 🐱I don’t really like to be the center of attention, things like asking me to go to the center alone, or be at the front, I don’t like it. But Yujin unnie said she’d do it together with me, so I did it. 🐰Leeseo did it together too 🐱You did? 🐵Yeah I did 🐶I was like, “let’s do it, Liz. let’s do it” 🐱And I was like, “no, no I can’t” 🦊So I thought Liz was going to be the one doing it, and walked to the center to watch, but everyone was suddenly dancing together. So I thought I needed to do it too and I did 🐹Yeah unnie did it too, you four did it 🦊I thought everyone was supposed to dance together and I made a mistake so I did it 🐱Woah unnie you’re the loudest you’ve been for the whole day 🐶Right?! I thought so too, like why are you suddenly getting excited 🐰🐶Good job

Jennifer Lopez says people told her they would never take her seriously as an actor again when she started making music “I started acting and I had done my early films, Out of Sight, and then I decided I wanted to record music and it was such a big deal and people were like, ‘I’m never going to take you seriously as an actor ever again,’ and I was like, okay” “I want to sing, I want to make music, I want to dance” Gwyneth Paltrow: “And you have the number one movie and the number one album at the same time, right? What year was that? That’s awesome” Jennifer: “Oh, I don’t remember what year it was, but it was a long time ago. It was a big deal. It was a big deal at the time” “But that’s the thing. Everybody’s always going to try to tell you you can only do this or you can only do that or you can only do these things. And I had my perfume line and I had my clothing lines and I had my JLo Beauty” “But you have to just do what feels good for you. It doesn’t mean it’s for everybody. Somebody wants to just act their whole life. That’s beautiful too. That’s fantastic” “I feel like I still have other things I want to do. I still want to direct. I still want to write more books. I want to do more things and I don’t ever feel like there’s somebody who can say to me, ‘No, you can’t.’ You can’t. You can’t say that to me”
