Contentment, on the other hand, is the spiritual maturity that comes from surrender. It is not laziness or lack of ambition; it is the deep inner knowing that what is meant for you will not pass you. Contentment is spiritual rest. The peace that comes when you stop fighting life, stop comparing your journey, and stop measuring your worth through worldly standards. It is the calm acceptance that God's plan is wiser than your timing. Together, gratitude and contentment transform the soul. Gratitude lifts your spirit; contentment anchors it. Gratitude opens the door; contentment helps you stay at peace inside it. Gratitude says “Thank You”; contentment says “I trust You.” When a person walks in both, they stop chasing validation, stop living in fear of lack, and stop forcing what isn’t aligned. They begin to move with grace, with faith, and with a steady confidence that everything they need. Strength, clarity, provision, opportunity is already being prepared for them. This is the spiritual freedom many seek but few truly find.

U know some people re just thieves and they av big eye, they can't see something they can't afford and remove their big eye. This post doesn't mean u should settle or not hustle for better. Hustle for better but be happy for what you have at the moment while you strive for more.

“But godliness actually is a source of great gain when accompanied by contentment [that contentment which comes from a sense of inner confidence based on the sufficiency of God].” 1 Timothy 6:6

There are many stories in the book "Psychology of money" that anchors around contentment I can be having a net income of 500k and be healthier, happier and more fulfilled than a discontented person earning 10M.

Being content doesn't mean you should now be lazy. It doesn't mean you shouldn't try to be better. Cause many people will be like they said we should be contented so there's no need to work hard again

True wealth is not measured by the cash flow, it's in the unit of peace. Contentment is everything. The moment you have that, you are already wealthy.
