So impressed with Emma, what a match. She’s definitely up there with the very best. It’s clearly very painful right now, in the coming days she will know how outstanding she was. Only 4 points between them. Very proud to be a fan

Looks upset and as if shes been crying, which is a shame as she should be proud of her performance. Beaten by a very good player, but huge strides forward for Emma performance wise and showed a lot of grit - especially in then first set.

Obviously shed a few tears not because she lost but because she knew she could have won, she had her chances in both sets but I'm sure like she said after a few days and the pain has gone she will be able to take the positives moving forwards. She believed today & you could tell.

You can tell that i feel Emma had been crying and just how disappointed she was,she did so well to put a brave face on and still should be so proud of herself.

Great performance! Definitely the best match of the tournament so far! How she went toe to toe with the number 1 is amazing! 🤩 moving in the right direction! Hard loss yes but the positives from Wimbledon I hope help that drive to get to the top of the game.
