I don’t think employment is a privilege outright. I think privilege/disadvantage discussions should always be a direct comparison and it’s hard to say that with something as variable as employment. Like I think in your example the privilege is being able bodied not necessarily

Exactly. That was my first thought: a rightfully frustrated abled worker who is just now seeing what disabled people have always seen. Live and learn, I guess.
