I think you'll find leaving Cisco to be the biggest boost to your professional life. It's a good place to start, but not a great place to grow. You're going to have a ton of fun in the new role!

I didn’t want to move back, and …. I’m not sure. I think from an individual contributor and middle management level it was seen as an asset, but to big corp that had no control or oversight to what I was posting on a daily basis it was a liability.
