I spent two or so years of my life thinking about ending it every day. The only thing that stopped me was thinking about how it would impact my kids. I'm in a better place emotionally now and thank God every day.

Life is hard, really hard. Almost every morning I wake up, sad that I woke up. I then remember my kids, family, friends and how I'm here for them; I then go touch grass to reflect, and it keeps me going. It's a daily/weekly struggle, but it's a struggle I've learned to manage. I hope to one day teach others how to fight this fight and not give up. It's a process, but it's worth it.
