She expected something comparable to Catherine’s 12 carat sapphire in 18k white gold, surrounded by 14 round cut diamonds totaling 2 carats. I’m not sure if she figured since Harry is a Prince she’d get an egg sized diamond but that’s not done in the Royal Family.
