Colleen and I are proud to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. We also celebrated Mexican Independence week earlier this month. Our state is home to more than 1 million Hispanic and Latino residents, who are part of the fabric of our communities. We honor our shared history with Mexico and Latin America. In these difficult times, it’s more important than ever to reaffirm our commitment to our values.
