If your engine rumbles THAT violently, check your motor mounts. Your O2 sensor being dirty cannot cause your engine to shake that much.

To be honest, I don't know how to do this and I feel awkward.

02 Sensors are extremely sensitive i once dropped mine less than a foot away from the ground while changing my down pipe and had to replace it 😂

I’ve been in the auto repair biz for over 35 years. I’ve never seen cleaning carbon from an oxygen sensor cure a misfire.

Change your motor mounts after that 02 sensor.
