We can do that by amending some of the legislation that we've already got in place.

If you actually cared about the truth regarding this "enhanced" video allegedly showing Tyler Robinson "clearly taking the shot" as we've been told by Benny Johnson, Jack Posobiec, and Brandon Tatum then you should watch this clip from the preliminary hearing describing EXACTLY was state's exhibit 12.1 - the "enhanced" video is. 12.1 is an "enhanced" version of 12.4. 12.4 is the UVU surveillance footage that was submitted into evidence, and shown to the public. People think that "enhanced" means HD 4K or higher quality video. That is NOT what the enhancements are. These enhancements were precisely defined by the prosecution and the agent Hull when he was called to the stand. The three enhancements are defined as: 1) red circles, 2) blurs of faces, and 3) zoom. Other than these enhancements no other changes were made to the 12.4 UVU surveillance footage that everyone has already seen. Anyone telling you that the state has MORE video evidence that is much clearer than what was already seen is not telling the truth. This means that the prosecution in establishing probable cause against Tyler Robinson decided to submit unclear video footage into evidence when they had clearer footage available? You can think Tyler Robinson was involved, or even think he did it, but the exaggerating and lying about this video, and the media blitz and campaign after the fact, is wrong. It's dishonest, it's slimy, and it's what the mainstream media do all of the time, and it's why no one with a brain trusts them anymore.

One was IPO. The other was M&A. Then these big private equity shops came along and gave us a third potential exit. You would sell to them and then they would raise the capital based on one third equity and two third debt. So it was debt financed buyouts. It is something that has been around in the non technology part of the economy for a long time but was a relatively new entrant in the world of technology. And the reason for that is if you have debt financed a purchase, you need to have very stable cash flows. Because if you miss and you cant pay your interest on the debt, you will lose all your equity because the debt holders will foreclose. It was belief for a long time that software did have predictable cash flows, at least for the mature businesses."
