We have seen the recent scenes of depravity at the Dublin Pride Parade with men dressed as dogs and barking, satanists parading and other perverted displays. This is the filth which children are being taught in schools across the country, yet a High Court judge believes Enoch Burke is the danger. This is a disgrace.

Today he was fined almost a quarter of a million euros by the Irish Courts. Enoch Burke won his Court of Appeal case last July against the make-up of the Disciplinary Appeal Panel appointed to hear the appeal of his dismissal from Wilson’s Hospital School. The panel had included Kieran Christie, the General Secretary of the ASTI and promoter of transgenderism. There is a major discrepancy between the recent Court of Appeal judgment (which ordered the removal of Kieran Christie) and the behaviour of the High Court today in continuing to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. The Court of Appeal ruled that the principal’s “overarching complaint” against Enoch Burke was his refusal to comply with her instruction to address a child by a new name and the “they” pronoun. The Court of Appeal further ruled that “indisputably” the disciplinary authorities must assess the legitimacy of that instruction. The High Court has never assessed whether the principal’s instruction was legitimate. It has repeatedly refused to acknowledge the true basis for the disciplinary action against Enoch Burke and has never determined Enoch Burke’s claim that there has been a breach of his constitutional rights. Notwithstanding, it has purported to uphold the lawfulness of Enoch Burke’s suspension. In all of these matters the High Court is wholly at odds with the recent judgment of the Court of Appeal. Today Judge David Nolan refused to have regard to the findings of the Court of Appeal and threatened to find members of the Burke family in contempt of court for raising the issue. Judge David Nolan refused to allow Enoch Burke’s affidavit or submissions to be opened or addressed in court. This behaviour is extremely concerning. Judge David Nolan stated today he does not want to put Enoch Burke back in prison. In the same breath he has accused Enoch Burke of having “a perverted sense of justice”. The truth is that Judge David Nolan knows that the public is appalled and outraged at the perverted actions of the Irish Courts over the past three years as Enoch Burke has been repeatedly denied his constitutional rights, the very rights which Judge David Nolan and others have solemnly vowed to uphold. All of this would never have happened but for the silence of the Church. The Church has betrayed Christ and been silent. For the last three years Enoch Burke has been made a pariah and a scapegoat for refusing to affirm transgenderism. The ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School, a Church of Ireland school, is Christian. Its teaching is “God made them male and female”. ‘Bishop’ Patricia ‘Judas’ Storey, the Patron of Wilson’s Hospital School, has betrayed this ethos, as has Archbishop John ‘Judas’ McDowell. Enoch Burke stood up for the ethos of Wilson’s Hospital School in 2022 when Principal Niamh McShane instructed all students and staff to use the ‘they’ pronoun for a male student. He objected to this demand. Storey and McDowell were silent and agreed with corrupt judges who upheld Enoch Burke’s unlawful suspension. When you see these people in their pulpits, making their fair speeches, think of Enoch Burke - locked up for over 500 days, stripped of his salary and denied his constitutional rights. Do not be deceived. These so-called Church leaders are Judases who have betrayed Christ. Their silence has been the prime cause of this whole situation.

BREAKING: Teaching Council Inquiry against Enoch Burke deferred after legal challenge A Teaching Council "fitness to teach" Inquiry against Enoch Burke will not proceed as planned tomorrow. The Inquiry was in relation to a complaint made against Enoch Burke regarding his presence at Wilson's Hospital School. Yesterday, Enoch Burke was forced to initiate High Court proceedings against the members of the Panel appointed to hear the Inquiry. These are Andy Pike (Chairperson), Adrian Guinan and Clodagh O'Hara. Andy Pike has promoted on his social media a St Patrick’s Day parade float which mocked and parodied Enoch Burke and the controversy around his suspension from Wilson’s Hospital School. Andy Pike has also promoted posts advocating to "make the world a little less binary" and criticising those who refuse to use the "they" pronoun. Enoch Burke raised other serious issues including the recent scandal around the nomination of Claire Callanan as Chairperson of his DAP dismissal appeal hearing. Claire Callanan did not disclose that she holds a senior position in the Church of Ireland or that her husband, Senior Counsel Lyndon MacCann, is one of the most powerful men in that organisation. Wilson's Hospital School is a Church of Ireland school. Enoch Burke submitted that this scandal must be resolved before any Teaching Council Inquiry takes place. Today's hearing was marked by a controversy around the refusal of High Court Judge Micheal O'Connell to ask a simple question. Under official rules, the members of the Inquiry Panel are required to "operate independently" of the Director of the Teaching Council. This is because the Director is the one who prosecutes the complaint against the teacher. The Panel is required to remain impartial between the Director and the teacher. Surprisingly, there was no appearance in court today by the members of the Panel or anyone representing them. Instead, there was a team of Barristers and Solicitors, led by Barrister Eoghan O'Sullivan BL, acting for the Director. Enoch Burke submitted to Judge Micheal O'Connell that there was a serious issue as to how the Director of the Teaching Council came to be in possession of his High Court injunction papers when these had been served (by order of the High Court) yesterday on the Panel members. He requested Judge Micheal O'Connell to ask the Barrister for the Director to explain how he came to be in possession of the papers. Judge Micheal O'Connell repeatedly refused to ask this question. Martina Burke and Ammi Burke were asked to leave the courtroom after asking pertinent questions as to why the presence of Barristers and Solicitors for the Director was not queried by Judge Micheal O'Connell. The Barrister for the Director eventually informed the Court that tomorrow's Inquiry will not proceed as scheduled. Instead, a preliminary hearing will take place tomorrow in which Enoch Burke will make a recusal application to the Panel members and an application that the Inquiry not take place until the scandal regarding Claire Callanan and his DAP dismissal appeal hearing is resolved.

Wilson's Hospital School is a Church of Ireland school. Enoch Burke submitted that this scandal must be resolved before any Teaching Council Inquiry takes place. Today's hearing was marked by a controversy around the refusal of High Court Judge Micheal O'Connell to ask a simple question. Under official rules, the members of the Inquiry Panel are required to "operate independently" of the Director of the Teaching Council. This is because the Director is the one who prosecutes the complaint against the teacher. The Panel is required to remain impartial between the Director and the teacher. Surprisingly, there was no appearance in court today by the members of the Panel or anyone representing them. Instead, there was a team of Barristers and Solicitors, led by Barrister Eoghan O'Sullivan BL, acting for the Director. Enoch Burke submitted to Judge Micheal O'Connell that there was a serious issue as to how the Director of the Teaching Council came to be in possession of his High Court injunction papers when these had been served (by order of the High Court) yesterday on the Panel members. He requested Judge Micheal O'Connell to ask the Barrister for the Director to explain how he came to be in possession of the papers. Judge Micheal O'Connell repeatedly refused to ask this question. Martina Burke and Ammi Burke were asked to leave the courtroom after asking pertinent questions as to why the presence of Barristers and Solicitors for the Director was not queried by Judge Micheal O'Connell. The Barrister for the Director eventually informed the Court that tomorrow's Inquiry will not proceed as scheduled. Instead, a preliminary hearing will take place tomorrow in which Enoch Burke will make a recusal application to the Panel members and an application that the Inquiry not take place until the scandal regarding Claire Callanan and his DAP dismissal appeal hearing is resolved.

Panel members Andy Pike and Adrian Guinan left the building flanked by security. We understand that Clodagh O’Hara remained in the building until the Burkes had left to avoid being seen. Enoch Burke asked Mr Andy Pike to step down due to social media activity expressing bias against him and support of the LGBTQ+ agenda. He also asked the other Panel members to step down for bias in previous conduct and decisions made. Also seen in this video is Lorna Lynch SC who is a top-paid barrister and the legal advisor to the panel. A decision on this is due to be delivered on Friday morning. This changed after barrister for Wilson’s Hospital School Rosemary Mallon appeared in court yesterday - utterly unbeknown to Enoch Burke or his family. After this, it was ordered by Judge Cregan that Enoch Burke appear by video-link from prison. This meant he would have no legal support from family. Today Isaac Burke and Sean Burke attended the High Court in Dublin. However Judge Brian Cregan refused to give judgment in Enoch Burke’s case while Isaac Burke and his father Sean were in the courtroom. Isaac Burke had asked why Enoch Burke’s name had been removed from the Mountjoy Prison list to be produced in person for the High Court hearing. Approximately five Gardaí removed Isaac Burke from the courtroom for simply asking a question and subsequently removed Sean Burke. This is Ireland in 2025 - “justice” is being done behind closed doors, contrary to the constitutional guarantee that justice be administered in public. Enoch Burke has been slandered by Judge Cregan, who referred in his judgment last week to affidavits by “pupils and teachers in the school” in order to sully and blacken his character. These affidavits simply do not exist. This is treachery in the courts. Judge Cregan stated that Enoch Burke was “stalking the school, its teachers and its pupils”. A stalking offence under Irish criminal law carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison. It is a matter of the utmost gravity that a High Court judge would recklessly toss such an accusation against a young man without a shred of evidence to back it up. Tragically, media present in the room — RTE, Irish Independent, Irish Daily Mail and others — are continually failing to bring true reports to the public.
