Dear IGP, this Ghana Police Service deserves a huge round of applause. He is the kind we need to help make Ghana a better place. He stopped this woman who wanted to run across the highway, to use the footbridge instead. And it surprises me how she was being defensive about her decision not to use the footbridge. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Hon.
