Entering the eShop is now possible! This required implementing some missing functionality regarding signing with the console unique certificate. (Thanks Luis Marques for the help!) Next step is to figure out how to install titles...

NOTE: Remember that while it's not possible to buy games on the eShop anymore, you can still download bought games and demos, as well as updates.

NOTE2: This change removes the need of a CTCert.bin dump, but requires a copy of the OTP instead. movable.sed will be required as well, to prevent breaking system transfers for the donor console.

@luigoalma It does not. I don't know right now if it's because spotpass is discontinued or because not working properly on the emu.
