Non pros are used to playing on 30 if they aren't in the middle of the country and have good internet. All this does is even the playing field in terms of connections but even you having a better monitor makes a difference.

I play on east with 40- 60 on centreal and 30 on my own region once u get used to it it’s not bad

If you're on 30 and fighting 0, such thing as "holding a wall" simply doesn't exist for you. Your opponent will take everything first try.
