Then they had the nerve to steal her expensive pink pen that she had to pay for herself. Already irritated at the low tip she was determined to get her pen back. She politely asks them for her pen and they deny ever taking it, even suggesting maybe it fell on the floor. She then walks right back in the building and even looks them up on camera to confirm they took her pen and comments that they aren’t welcome back.
