Used to do this before @BaylisMedical NRG needle. Not anymore since data from @DrBradleyKnight on tissue coring with bovie on mechanical needles .

@BaylisMedical @DrBradleyKnight Interesting work but in this case I use a wire and not a needle. I don't know if it can be applied in the same way.

Sometimes we use normal BRK TS needle and ablation catheter. Remember to use wet swabs around meeting point of catheter and needle. Otherwise impedance will limit RF current flow. Have a fun😜

Yes, used to do this with BRK needle in tough septum cases back in the day. @BaylisMedical Versacross is a game changer for those who have access to it.

Used it in the past, my only concern is heat-induced damage to the tip of the dilator/sheath if wire contact is not perfect. Contrary to the Baylis wire, the 0.032 is not insulated.

This guy shows a genius low-tech way to clamp and pull a split wooden board back together using just rope, a couple of nails, and some wire. He loops the rope around the boards, hammers in two nails as anchors, wraps wire around them, then uses a third nail like a lever to twist the wire super tight. The twisting creates incredible clamping pressure that squeezes the crack closed perfectly — no fancy clamps, no shop tools, nothing. One thing that makes me pause though — would you consider this the correct way to fix this for good? Where’s the wood glue? It’s an amazing temporary clamp, but I’m curious what you think about making it permanent. Ever tried something like this, or do you have your own favorite homemade clamp hack?

Hydraulic Exchange Technique: super useful in complex PCI/CTO work. Quick way to get a microcatheter off a short wire without a 300cm wire, trapper, or trapping balloon. Connect an indeflator to the microcatheter, pressurize to 20 atm (it drops constantly, so keep bumping it back up), and just open the Touhy and microcatheter will come out right away. The hydraulic force pushes the catheter back on its own while keeping the wire in position. I don’t do it over a hydrophilic wire as it can jump forward and cause a tip perforation. NEW: Video from source in Eagle Pass shows Border Patrol cutting through razor wire placed by the state of TX to allow migrants to enter & be processed after crossing illegally. Texas DPS tells me this is the first time they know of this happening, and that it’s being looked into for potential destruction of TX property. The federal government’s position is that once migrants are on U.S. soil, under U.S. law, they need to be processed, and cannot be repelled or turned away. Texas is taking a much different approach, and has been physically blocking migrants under orders from Governor Greg Abbott. TXDPS tells me the location this video was shot at is private property, and that they have permission from the owner to lay down razor wire and arrest migrants for criminal trespassing. This Border Patrol agent is likely just doing what he’s been told - but this will likely lead to more friction between TX & the Feds, who have drastically different approaches at the border.

In Claude's new Managed Agents feature, in a couple minutes you can wire up an agent that can read contracts when they come into Box to review them, and then assign a task in Linear with the critical information from the contract. But this could have been any workflow, like reviewing documents for client onboarding, invoice processing, M&A due-diligence, data extraction pipelines, and millions of other use-cases. And integrating data across any system. This is only possible when you can have long-running agents that can complete real work in the background, accurately. Agents have the ability to execute code safely, leverage tools, access a compute sandbox, and connect across systems is clearly the architecture of the future. #RICONATION: Another weird Roc Nation occurrence! Luxury automotive retailer RD Whittington claims Lil Uzi purchased a car (for his less fortunate girlfriend) using Ethereum. During this purchase he claims Uzi told him he could not send a wire with the cash so he opted to use crypto, and that it was his first purchase without Roc Nation's approval. Why would an artist need a business management company's approval to make purchases and access their own founds. Managers simply facilitate business, what would be the reason Uzi is not able to access his own money without Roc Nation's approval ? Why have to use a form of crypto and not be able to send the wire for purchase? If this indeed true it sounds troubling and almost slave like. He asks people to meet him in person and do his "deflocking" with him. Who would connect with strangers online to meet up with in person to go and do illegal things with? Wouldn't you worry a police officer would meet up with you? He doesn't really do much damage to the cameras. He puts a sticker on them and cuts a wire. Is he just putting on a show for money? Is he actually hired by Flock for some strange reason? Or something else?

If someone is standing and filming… not threatening anyone, and not interfering… pepper spraying them is not justified under that standard. If an ordinary person did that, they’d be arrested for assault.
