Sipping Coffee with America’s Internet Dad: Scott Adams | Paul Leslie, Write Revolution News You never can tell. Unless you’re Scott Adams. He knew what he would be early on. He put it this way in an interview we did in November 2024: “And so at the age of six, I decided to be a famous cartoonist. Now, so what surprised me was when it didn’t work out right away,” Scott Adams said. Dilbert is a hero But it was his previous jobs at Crocker National Bank and the Pacific Bell phone company that shaped him. The grind and absurdities of corporate life inspired Dilbert, a comic strip where the mundane became brilliantly relatable — and humorous. As Edward M. Eveld wrote in the Kansas City Star, “Dilbert is a hero to thousands.” The mind behind Dilbert Cultural commentator and fitness advocate Wyatt Torosian captures the essence of Scott Adams’ influence: “The mind behind Dilbert has lampooned office life for over three decades with the foresight — like Trump — that the culture of the business world would become synonymous with American life, in all of its absurdities and opportunities. It’s difficult to imagine having coffee in the morning with anyone else.” Countless people got a morning dopamine hit by pairing their morning mug with the funny papers. People saw themselves in Dilbert and coped with their own Pointy-Haired Boss. They still do. New ways of looking at things Scott Adams valued the art of sharing ideas and started connecting with audiences through Periscope. This evolved into Real Coffee with Scott Adams, a daily livestream and podcast going out consistently every day of the year. The topics addressed are numerous and limitless. Along with interesting takes on current events, Adams shows those in the audience that there may be new ways of looking at things. It’s not just about his take, but also how you may ponder things in new ways. Scott challenges us to think differently Rapper, author, and podcaster Zuby told me: “Scott Adams challenges people to question their own beliefs and to see life from different angles. That’s a great thing because we can never have too many critical thinkers in an increasingly complicated and polarized world.” I concur. Scott Adams is a man who looks at the human mind as an incredible tool that is frequently not used to full potential. He understands how human beings can flourish, but also inherent weaknesses and traps. He presents information and ideas unlike other speakers. A classroom in independent thinking As a broadcaster, there’s almost nobody I can compare him to. Well, except for one radio legend. I’ll let Muumuu House author and walking proponent Robert McCready give his take: “Scott Adams fills the gap left by Rush Limbaugh because he tells the audience how the media is manipulating viewers/readers. Adams talks off-mic to his audience of live streamers who send him chats, the way Limbaugh talked off-mic to Snerdly. The show feels like Limbaugh’s. Both shows began in northern California. They predict what a politician will do based on cues, subtle signals, scoops that regular people don’t get. It feels like a miracle that we’ve had either of them in the world.” I happen to feel the same way as Robert. The shows feel related, and both are a classroom in independent thought and legacy media abandonment. ‘This is a man who is willing to share what he thinks and take the heat‘ Most people don’t think of cartoonists as having a big impact on politics and the culture at large. When I think of Scott Adams’ influence, it seems unbelievable. Mark Twain’s “truth is stranger than fiction” quote comes to mind. I was able to ask ghostwriter and Scott Adams collaborator Joshua Lisec about Adams. Listen to what he had to say: “In addition to his one-of-a-kind cultural contributions in the form of entertainment, satire, humor for 40 years, he also is the most influential personal development author of all time, and it’s not even close. Every single self-help book samples, sources, or otherwise steals Scott Adams’ original content from his various books going back into the 1990s, both business, career, and personal life, self-help. There has been no other voice as impactful as his across the generations. And that’s not even to mention the fact that he was the first celebrity to say anything positive about Donald Trump back in 2015. And it cost him, likely, multiple fortunes upon fortunes. This is a man who is willing to share what he thinks and take the heat regardless as he’s done multiple times being ‘canceled’ for it.He’s a legend in his time. We all know him as ‘the internet dad’ and so that makes all of us as his fans sort of internet siblings. He created a global family — not just a set of followers or community — but a global family. He made it okay for good, smart people to say positive things about Donald Trump in public. Donald Trump is not president without Scott Adams. Not the 45th president — not the 47th president. The first person, in my opinion, that the MAGA movement has to thank for MAGA having power is Scott Adams.” Scott ‘changed how America views politics‘ As you may be realizing, Scott Adams didn’t just create Dilbert or master live-streaming—he reshaped how people think about politics, culture, and everything else. He’s resonated with thinkers like Owen Gregorian, a dedicated follower and cohort who posts articles and opinion pieces aligning with Adams’ ideas on persuasion and politics. As Owen Gregorian observes: “Scott changed how America views politics, and even the nature of reality. Time and again, he has framed people and events with messaging that ends up spreading everywhere. His article ‘Clown Genius’ very well may have springboarded Trump into winning his first term as President. His books and livestreams have helped countless people change their lives for the better. America will never fully realize how much Scott Adams influenced and improved our country.” Scott Adams helps make our country great Like so many of his daily listeners, news of Scott’s cancer diagnosis came as a shock. Although it made me sad, my primary feelings quickly shifted to admiration. Scott keeps the show going and as normally as possible. He has that fighting spirit embodied by so many Americans. Getting a personal phone call from President Trump undoubtedly did his heart good — it certainly did mine and so many others. Adams didn’t share all of the conversation. He has too much class for that. I join President Trump, so many Americans and people around the world in my appreciation of Scott Adams. As the smart people in this article expressed, Scott Adams is an American original. How you can fix your own mood — the Scott Adams way People like Megyn Kelly have called Scott Adams a “Trump whisperer,” and applauded him for for being “a frank communicator.” He’s been praised by the very best of them, from Ann Coulter to Monica Crowley. It’s no surprise to his fans when someone like President Trump expresses his clear respect and veneration, because so many people have been personally affected by something that Scott Adams said. For that person who loses weight, or decides to talk to an attractive stranger, or persuades their boss to give them a raise, or even just to stand a bit taller, Scott is somehow more than a star. He’s a friend. He never lectures his viewers and listeners. As he once told Carmine Gallo for “Don’t take my advice, I’m offering information.” Scott Adams has created an incredible body of useful work and entertainment that he continues to add to. Americans, and people around the world, have been changed for the better. Scott Adams finds purpose in making a difference in other’s lives. One moment from our interview sticks with me: “If you’re having a bad day that’s just unfixable, there’s nothing you can do about your own situation, at least today, tomorrow maybe is a new day, but right now you’re just in a funk. I’ll just sit there and say, ‘all right, who can I delight?’ It works every time. If you make somebody’s day and you’re useful and they simply appreciate you, you’re good all day. It’ll turn any day around and that’s just being selfish. That’s just fixing your own mood being useful.” The Presidential Medal of Freedom — an honor befitting Scott Adams With such a legacy that includes humor, self-help, and political influence, it’s no stretch to envision Scott Adams as a candidate for the Presidential Medal of Freedom, an honor befitting a man who continues to redefine how we think, communicate and accomplish. I think it’s possible. But either way, so many of us will get up in the morning and have our mug of coffee. We’ll sip to Scott.

🚨 Last night, an audio file was discovered in the Epstein Files that appears to be an FBI wiretap recording of what people are claiming is Erika Kirk procuring young girls for Epstein. Here is what I know and the questions I have: 🔻 The Phone Call The recording features a phone discussion involving a youthful-sounding female—portrayed as cooperating with federal authorities (DOJ)—speaking with someone who sounds like Erika Kirk. Background voices suggest law enforcement personnel guiding or debriefing the young woman before and after the conversation. 🔻 The Most Important Question — Is It Really Her? Does it sound like her? Absolutely… but audio can be tricky, and I’m leaning more toward no. Let me tell you why: First, this audio recording did not come with a date—of course. That detail is vitally important. All I know is that this audio comes from Dataset 9, page 661 of the Epstein Files. — Document The FBI/DOJ should take the time to address this. I’m sure an official statement could clarify who these people are… the cooperating victim (if legally permissible), but more importantly, the recruiter. With that said, I did some digging in the documents on my own. This audio recording contains specific keywords that, if it was an FBI call, should have a paper trail, right? —— Key words I searched for: “The more you do, the more you make” or the shorter version, “The more you do.” Sure enough, there are quite a few documents mentioning this. Here is one example: Within the Epstein files, a victim by the name of Haley Robson is identified as someone who was both a victim and later became a recruiter for Epstein. This court document is an excerpt from her deposition in a 2008–2009 civil lawsuit (Jane Doe v. Jeffrey Epstein, Haley Robson, and Sarah Kellen, filed in Florida federal court). The documents refer to events from around 2002 in the Jeffrey Epstein case (specifically tied to his Palm Beach, Florida operations and documented in 2005 police/prosecution materials and the 2009 civil deposition). Robson, then a 16-year-old high school student in West Palm Beach, Florida, was approached at school and recruited. She has stated in interviews and deposition excerpts that she was told the phrase “the more you do, the more you make” in connection with the arrangement and payments. She eventually resisted further sexual acts but was then offered $200 per girl she recruited from her school. She ultimately brought at least eight others (young as 14), earning more based on the level of acts involved. The recruiter who initially approached her and told her the quote is consistently described in all public sources only as “a classmate,” “a friend,” or “a girl in her class” from Royal Palm Beach Community High School. Erika Kirk (Frantzve) did not attend Royal Palm Beach Community High School. She grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, and graduated in 2007 from Notre Dame Preparatory High School, a private Catholic school in Scottsdale. Erika Kirk is 37 years old today and would have been 13 years old (if this audio recording is from 2002). There’s no way that’s her if this is the case. Haley Robson is 40 years old and was reportedly 16 when she first met Jeffrey Epstein (around 2002). The timeline seems to match, assuming this is the correct year. I’ve listened and compared Haley Robson’s voice, and there are some similarities to the voice heard on this recording. Also consider that 24 years can change a voice significantly. Regardless, this is also something Haley Robson could easily dispel or confirm. If she has an X account, please tag her and ask directly if that is her in the audio. She appears frequently on television, so I don’t think she would mind clarifying whether this recruiter in the audio is her or not. That should be straightforward So as of right now, based on the evidence—at least for me—going with my gut, this is not Erika Kirk.

//The Wire//1100Z February 23, 2026// //PRIORITY// //BLUF: CARTEL WAR KICKS OFF IN MEXICO AS CJNG LEADER KILLED BY MEXICAN FORCES.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Mexico: Yesterday afternoon Mexican forces conducted a raid in the town of Tapalpa, Jalisco, with the objective of capturing Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes (Alias: "El Mencho"), the leader of the CJNG Cartel. During the operation, El Mencho was killed, which triggered heavy fighting between the Mexican government and the CJNG cartel throughout the afternoon. So far, most of the heavy fighting has been observed in Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta, two cities which have historically served as CJNG strongholds. Immediately after Mencho's death, CJNG forces declared a general mobilization throughout Jalisco, which encompasses most of their territory. Most of the fighting throughout the afternoon took the form of knee-jerk, rapid response elements engaging Mexican authorities with small arms and crew served weapons, mostly via skirmishes in the street in various small towns scattered throughout the district. Violence is not confined to just Jalisco, burning vehicles were observed in the town of Reynosa, just across the border from McAllen, Texas. Throughout the evening, a more organized and substantial deployment was undertaken, with heavier weapons and armored vehicles being deployed to engage government forces throughout the region. In the town of Puerto Vallarta, combat actions were reported throughout the afternoon with CJNG briefly holding the city for some time. Within a few hours, Government forces rolled in hard with air support, pushing CJNG out of the city (or at least, out of fighting positions on the street) by nightfall. Throughout the countryside, many roads are impassable due to cartel forces digging anti-tank ditches across the roadway, emplacing roadblocks, and otherwise digging in for what they perceive to be a draw-out fight. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: Throughout much of Mexico, the situation can be described as a state of pandemonium and chaos. There's no way to determine front lines or Centers of Gravity at the moment, as all of the violence observed throughout the afternoon is representative of whatever combat power local CJNG cells had at their safehouses. El Mencho was the patriarch of the CJNG, and more of a grandfather figurehead of the cartel family than an operational leader. As one might expect, killing a sicario's grandfather in such a manner has dialed the violence up to eleven. As soon as word got out that El Mencho was dead, everyone grabbed their rifles and started shooting at whatever Mexican authorities were in their area. The next few days will probably see even more organized violence as cartel leadership organizes more significantly for combat actions in the long term. Since the CJNG cartel has been allied with the Gulf Cartel for some time, violence has continued right up to the US border. Due to the rapid breakout of war throughout the region, most entities were not expecting small arms engagements on a peaceful Sunday afternoon. Cities known for heavy tourism industry are directly in the center of much of the fighting, with off-season tourists being caught in the middle of the conflict. As a reminder, Guadalajara is scheduled to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup this summer, and right now many high-level soccer matches have brought scores of tourists and sports fans to the exact district that is now host to heavy fighting. Guests at the many tourist resorts scattered throughout the region suddenly found their afternoon cocktail hour interrupted by gunfire and shrapnel, and throughout the evening most civilians throughout the region spent many hours sheltering in place, or fleeing the area if they could. The US State Department has issued shelter-in-place orders for the following areas: Puerto Vallarta, Chapala, Guadalajara, Tijuana, Tecate, Ensenada, Cancun, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. Concerning evacuations, the Guadalajara Airport has been closed until further notice, while the conflict continues on the ground in the vicinity of the airport. Most Embassies have urged their citizens in Central Mexico to shelter in place, until the fighting subsides and more information becomes available. Travel by road anywhere in Mexico is subject to being caught up in checkpoints and random roadblocks, either by government forces or the Cartels themselves. More information is expected throughout the day as the sunrise affords the opportunity for battle damage assessment, for the engagements that took place overnight. Analyst: S2A1 Research: Disclaimer: No LLMs were used in the writing of this report. //END REPORT//

🚨 This is wild for a sitting governor. 🚨 California Gov. Gavin Newsom posted a reel taking shots at Nicki Minaj and Donald Trump, using: •Photos of Trump with Jeffrey Epstein •Photos of Trump with himself right after photos of Trump with Epstein.. Which was odd🧐 Are you dissing Trump or allegedly acting as if you are Epstein re incarnated? 🤔 •Audio from Megan Thee Stallion’s “Hiss” (a Nicki Minaj diss) 🤔 For a politician, this is reckless behavior. Especially one who presents himself as a “moral” and “model” leader compared to the opposition. ⚠️ Conflict of Interest? Using the music of a controversial artist, while: •That artist’s alleged ex intimate partner is incarcerated by her allegations •His case allegedly contains reasonable doubt •Advocates have reportedly tried to get Newsom’s office to review the case That alone raises serious ethical questions. 📌 Let’s talk about Newsom’s actual record not social media stunts. Reparations in California: •Newsom signaled support during election cycles •But rejected direct cash reparations at the final stage In 2023, he refused to endorse the California Reparations Task Force’s cash payment recommendations, stating the legacy of slavery is “more than cash payments.” He also vetoed or declined support for bills that would have: •Provided college admission preferences for descendants of enslaved people •Allowed families to reclaim or be compensated for property taken via racially motivated eminent domain •Created homebuyer assistance funds for descendants of enslaved people 📉 Bottom line: No direct cash reparations. Multiple reparations bills scaled back or vetoed. 💰 California’s Tax & Business Exodus •Newsom supports policies like a retroactive billionaire tax •Targets roughly 220 billionaires, the most mobile taxpayers in the country 📊 IRS-based studies show: •California loses a taxpayer roughly every 1–2 minutes •States gaining residents: Texas, Florida, North Carolina Major companies leaving California include: Chevron, Tesla/X, SpaceX, Oracle, HP, Charles Schwab, Toyota North America, Joe Rogan Experience just to name a few. 📉 The Result? •Shrinking tax base •Growing budget deficits •Businesses and high earners “voting with their feet” Economists point to the Laffer Curve: ➡️ Higher taxes don’t always mean higher revenue ➡️ Excessive taxation often drives capital out, not in 🗳️ And now Gavin Newsom wants to run for President… …on a record of: •Performative politics •Broken reparations promises •Business flight •Aggressive taxation •And viral Instagram governance 🤔 Is this leadership or clout chasing?

There’s been a lot of buzz—and confusion—about the new Keto-CTA study, examining plaque progression in Lean Mass Hyper-Responders (LMHRs). Much of the social media debate has centered on whether high LDL on keto is safe or dangerous, driven largely by how to interpret the supplemental table comparing this study to others on LDL and plaque progression. In this episode of the Metabolic Mind Podcast, we sit down with Dr. Matthew Budoff, a world-renowned cardiologist, cardiac CT researcher, and the study's lead investigator, to discuss the the supplemental table, what the plaque markers mean, and how this fits into the discussion of high- vs -low-risk plaque progression. In this episode, we cover: ✅ What PAV (Percent Atheroma Volume) is, what it actually measures, and why it matters ✅ Why a 50% increase in plaque may sound scary, but can be deceiving ✅ The difference between “treatment-naive” and “treated” participants ✅ What the Miami Heart Study comparison reveals about keto, LDL, and plaque ✅ Why LDL alone may not tell the whole story about heart disease risk ✅ How some high-risk individuals may still benefit from statins and other therapies This study doesn’t answer whether keto causes heart disease or not. Instead, it shows that high LDL on a ketogenic diet is not a reliable predictor of plaque progression across all individuals. What is predictive? The presence of existing plaque. 💡 Key takeaway: Relying on surrogate markers of heart disease, like LDL and ApoB, is not the best way to assess heart disease risk in all populations. If you're concerned about how elevated LDL may be affecting your heart health, the best next step is to speak with your doctor about cardiac imaging to directly assess plaque and gain a clearer picture of your individual risk. Spoiled tourists complain about being stuck at luxury resorts amid cartel violence in Mexico | Melissa Koenig, Daily Mail American tourists visiting the Puerto Vallarta have started to complain online about being stuck at luxury resorts as cartel violence ripped through the area. Terrifying photos and videos shared online showed tourists and airport personnel alike running as armed cartel members took over the airport. Armed thugs on motorcycles and the sounds of their gunfire have also been reported by residents of Puerto Vallarta. Videos of Mexican forces exchanging fire with cartel members have started popping up on X and Instagram. Smoke was also seen billowing to the sky after cartel members set fire to idle vehicles, as the US State Department issued a security alert telling American tourists to shelter in place, avoid crowds, and minimize their movements. The violence began in retaliation to the Mexican Army killing Nemesio 'El Mencho' Oseguera Cervantes in Tapalpa, which is about 170 miles southeast of Puerto Vallarta, in the state of Jalisco. El Mencho was the head of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), one of Mexico's most powerful drug cartels that plays a key role in trafficking methamphetamine and fentanyl to the US. But as violence gripped the region, influencers took to social media to bemoan how they were stuck in the tourist hotspot. 'We were supposed to leave this morning, and right as our shuttle came, our shuttle never showed up because they could not leave the airport due to a shutdown, due to cartel retaliation,' makeup artist and mom influencer Kaila R Gibson shared in a video on Instagram, 'So I really want to cry, I miss my baby,' she continued. 'It's really scary, honestly. I have no idea how long we're going to be here for. And it's just quite terrifying.' 'So if you could pray, I would super appreciate that - and pray for all the other girls that are also stuck here,' she told her 275,000 followers. In a follow-up post, she added that she is also 'so sad for the families here as well.' 'I've never felt unsafe here because the cartel stays out of the tourist areas,' she said. Still, Gibson said she was 'praying we make it home to our babies soon and the people here are safe.' Meanwhile, on TikTok another makeup artist said she was left stranded following a makeup retreat. She said she had received a text from the airline that 'basically there will be no travel through February 26 due to "civil unrest."' In another video, she lamented that she will be 'here until we're not here.' As night then descended, the makeup artist told her followers how the resort 'closed all the restaurants except for the buffet, and they said room service was available, but there was no availability. 'So I'm rationing deserts, I'm eating my feelings and I'm drinking all night,' the influencer, with more than 78,300 followers said. She added that even if her flight was able to depart on Monday, she does not know whether she would feel safe. 'So until then I will eat desert and keep y'all posted.' But others tried to make the best of their misfortune, with Tarik Hagen filming himself dancing in his room. 'Currently trapped in Puerto Vallarta because the cartel has shut down the city,' he wrote in text overlayed on the video, which he captioned: 'Can't leave our hotel and the airport is closed.' Mexican National Guard agents have since secured the airport in Puerto Vallarta, Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, which runs the Puerto Vallarta airport, said Sunday night. 'However, by decision of the airlines, today … all international operations and most domestic flights are cancelled,' it added. The news came as La Jornada, one of Mexico City's largest newspapers, reported that a total of 26 people were killed in the chaos on Sunday. Most of the fatalities occurred within federal and state security forces, which saw 17 agents killed on Sunday. Eight alleged members of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel were also reportedly killed. Twenty-five people have also been arrested in Jalisco, state officials announced Sunday night. Eleven were arrested for alleged participation in violent acts and 14 others were arrested for alleged acts of looting or pillaging. Still, US Senator Gary Peters urged tourists on social media to sign up for the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program, which allows the State Department to contact Americans in case of an emergency.

🚨🚨 PROOF that Tommy Robinson is in jail for LYING, not "telling the truth" This is one of many examples of Tommy defaming the kid in his documentary, "Silenced." A student at the school (a young girl) tells a story about the boy attacking her with a hockey stick in class. Tommy used this "incident" to attack the kid in question, telling his audience that he has a history of attacking young girls. In Tommy's libel lawsuit, he had to back up the legitimacy of this story and his choice to include it in his videos. He made a fool of himself. The girl in the video testified in court, as well as another boy who testified as a witness. In court, the following was revealed: - The girl claims in the video that she has injuries lasting to this day and has been on medication for the pain ever since. NO medical evidence could be provided to back this up. No doctors' records, no prescription for the medications she claimed to be on, no X ray records (which she claimed to have had). The only record from her doctor during this time says she had "no medical issues." - 30 students were present in this PE class, and a teacher. There were 0 other witnesses of the attack. The girl claimed that no one came to her assistance who could be called as a witness. - There was no report of this incident made by the teacher. There was an example provided of when the girl suffered an injury in class, a report was made, and her mother was contacted. None of this happened for this "attack." - The boy who testified as a witness did not help; he simply contradicted the girl's story. When the lesson took place, how many students were present, among others. This boy also contradicted himself numerous times between his original statement and cross examination, he absolutely could not keep his story straight. - During cross examination, when the boy witness was asked why there were no other witnesses of this "attack," he hilariously said that all of the other 30 students happened to be looking in the opposite direction when the incident happened. - The girl claimed that she developed anxiety issues as a direct result of this incident. When her records from her own doctor and school nurse records show clearly that her anxiety predates the incident. - The girl saw an emotional health worker in the school. Not once did she mention this "attack" to this worker. - The girl claims to have told her mother. Yet, the mother never reported the incident to the school at the time, nor did she report this supposed violent attack to the police. The mother chose not to testify as a witness. Based on all of the above, the judge understandably determined, "For the reasons I have given, the Defendant has failed to prove that the Hockey Stick Incident happened. On the evidence, I am satisfied it did not happen, whether as alleged by Charly Matthews or at all." It is important to note that this libel ruling was in response to two Facebook videos posted by Tommy attacking the kid. He then doubled down showing this ridiculous hockey stick story again in Silenced, repeating his claims. This is one of many examples of Tommy clearly lying and defaming the young boy in his documentary. Tommy Robinson is BLATANTLY SCAMMING the public with his fundraising on the back of the idea that he is in prison for "telling the truth." There seems to be a major PR push right now for Tommy to fundraise on the back of this lie. So, I will post more breakdowns like this over the coming days. Tommy Robinson is in jail for lying and defamation and refusing to stop. It is black and white, obvious, clear as day. Regardless of whether you agree with or disagree with his politics.
