Oh, I remember her. She participated in the Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program (an independent claims process set up by the estate’s executors in 2020 to avoid further litigation). This program paid out over $121–125 million to roughly 150 eligible victims (including Bensky) by early 2021.

Survivor? 😂 Dani Bensky originally told the FBI she was 18 at the time she met Epstein, and that she was a "wild girl" in NYC back then. She has subsequently revised her story with a series of dramatizations and claims of recovered memories. She sued the Epstein Estate (for a second time) in 2024, but got thrown off the lawsuit by the judge for trying to obtain a double-dip settlement.

She was highly disappointed again. Remember them speaking on the behalf of survivors. Saying they don't want it out? Well, there you go it was all fraud, because they want it all out. Every bit of it.
