Yesterday, at the House Oversight field hearing in Palm Beach, Epstein survivor Danielle Bensky gave raw and powerful testimony about her wish to remain a Jane Doe, but the DOJ released disturbing and incomplete accounts of her abuse, which are now viewable by the entire world, her child, her students’ parents, her friends, employers, colleagues, family, and the public. This occurred despite her lawyers submitting 350 victims’ names to the DOJ for redaction before the December 19 deadline. Yet her name, phone number, old address, workplace, and other details were still exposed in multiple dumps. On one document, her nickname was redacted while her full name was left unredacted. This has caused her and other survivors real and irrevocable damage.

It was just this quick push to release without any real oversight. We still are pushing for transparency, because that is the path to accountability. Only 1% of the files have been released.
