Today, I returned to Equinox in West Palm Beach, Florida for a follow-up. I spoke with the general manager, who confirmed I am still banned from every Equinox location and all Equinox hotel facilities. When I asked why, the manager said they would “escalate the situation,” but offered no explanation for the ongoing blacklist. Despite never violating gym rules, Equinox continues to enforce a lifetime ban following our reporting on Judge Engoron. Equinox did not respond to our request for comment.
