The reason is that Indians hire other Indians. This creates the epiphenomenon of native occupational flight, which has been observed by the likes of Lord Elton since the 1960s. In towns and cities in Cornwall and Devon, places like Subway are often still staffed by young English people working part-time. In more diverse areas, they are not, not only because of the ethnic cronyism of those hiring, but also because they do not want to work with 40-year-old Indians. Not only is it an unappealing work environment for a native young person, who would prefer to work with their peers, but it is also seen as becoming tainted and low-status.

Buckwild handles a bulk of the production, with Organized Konfusion, Lord Finesse, and DJ Ogee all contributing joints. an album that spotlights an artist in veteran form at the beginning of his career, with a firm command of wordplay and visual storytelling. not many artists were as fully formed as O when they began releasing music, and not many artists could have recorded an album as meditative and essential as this one. an under-appreciated classic.

The SEC is often perceived as distant, opaque, and fundamentally inaccessible to early-stage builders. That perception is understandable, but it is not inevitable. In our conversation with SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce on RehashedDAO, she offered a more practical view of regulatory engagement: approach the institution early, communicate with precision, and treat compliance not as an afterthought, but as part of building durable infrastructure. Do not rely on international organisations like the United Nations or the European Community to make or to keep a peace with freedom and justice. There is no substitute for national leadership. Of course, it would be churlish not to give the UN credit for what it has achieved, particularly in Cambodia. Where, as in the Gulf, it has been given strong leadership, by one or more nation states, it has been effective. But we delude ourselves if we think that it will be capable of moving with the speed, the will and the determination needed to keep the peace without such a lead from nation states. The United Nations depends on consensus and that is simply not an adequate basis for action or for readiness to take combat risks (as we have seen in Bosnia). Act in concert, yes. But act by consensus and you may not act at all. Indeed, as I've so often said, consensus is the negation of leadership. If we attempt to rely solely on the United Nations, we shall soon learn that it is an institution where copious resolutions become a substitute for effective action.

LIV Golf has announced their biggest signing of the season…and it’s not a player. It’s Rick Shiels. Does this signing move the needle for you? Rick is a huge YouTuber and influencer, but not a pro golfer. But with huge pro golfers not moving the needle for LIV…maybe this will. He won’t be playing, of course, but will be providing coverage and content on his platforms as well as LIV broadcasts. My take: This is smart. Rick’s LIV videos will likely get more views than normal LIV produced content. And it’s much cheaper than signing pros, so low risk.

Are Kurds in Kobanî, Qamişlo and Hasake not governing themselves? (Self-Administration) You got it. Of course, mistakes have been made, such as the belief that the "Brotherhood of Nations" could work with these tribal terrorist gangs in Syria, but that does not mean it could not work elsewhere. You should not think that this new agreement is a permanent solution. I would describe it more as a temporary measure to buy time until a more suitable situation arises.

“storytelling” has become a buzzword for glorified content engineering but after a year of making videos, i don’t think the future of content is better optimization at all creation has become careless to cut through, storytellers must do the opposite: treat creating something for another human as an act of care. care shows up in how intentionally you: shape the message commit to the process in 2 years, made with intention will be as legible as “shot on film” moments from 365 days of storytelling. here’s to many more ❤️

Miller: Who lives in your country determines what your country is. Haiti doesn't work as a country. If you move it to America, it's not going to work here. Somalia doesn't work as a country. You take Somalia out of Somalia and put it here and it's not gonna work any better. If you move the third world to the first world, eventually we become the third world and that's not good for us and it's not good for anybody who wants to live here in the future.
