He got to be a loser teenager for a moment before he died, and people still don't get why this was important for him

The fact that the emotions displayed here feel SO real makes it all the more saddening and pathetic. Kaji and Inoue popped off.

Eren uttering his innermost emotions in the most awkward way possible shows how much he trusted Armin. Even Armin was surprised that Eren was overwhelmed by his true feelings for Misaka and was not covering them for once.

Their bond is on another level At least Armin got his memories back in the end so he knows why Eren was doing all this . He needed that confession and the way in the end Armin said to Eren that he is with him and both are going to hell together sums up their true friendship
