The Site should not crash during Tatkal bookings. Zero crashes especially during payments. 2. Ensure that Senior Citizens get Lower Berths (even now, many Senior citizens get Middle or Upper) even if they book a little later (Algorithm can be fixed) 3. Introduce More General Coaches to accommodate more Travelers 4. Strict Penalty for Unreserved Passengers occupying Reserved Seats. Work on AI cameras to detect this 5. RAC passengers should only pay half the fare for half the seat. So, once chart is prepared, please refund the 50% fare. This can easily be incorporated using simple technology. 6. Last week I did spot checks at Masaka Regional Referral Hospital after hearing from the public and whistleblowers. Yesterday I met with the hospital administration and we agreed on the following; 1. Accountability & Monitoring: Deploy more hospital inspectors and staff to the control room to monitor CCTV cameras. Take firm action against absenteeism, extortion of money from patients, and unprofessional conduct by some health workers. 2. No Excuses: The administration informed me that there has been a recent salary enhancement and more recruitment. Therefore, there is no justification for absenteeism without valid reason, extortion, or unprofessionalism. 3. Oversight: I committed to visiting the hospital once every month to monitor progress together with the administration. Spot checks will also continue based on reports from whistleblowers. 4. Service Delivery: We discussed the delayed payment of interns and the need for Government to make scan services completely free, since most people cannot afford them. I also raised complaints from Banna Masaka that some medical workers, especially nurses, are rude to patients. The administration promised to continue counseling staff to be more compassionate and patient-centered. 5. Progress: With the new complex now operational, no mothers are sleeping on the floor anymore and our NICU is fully equipped. 6. Fighting Fraud: I ordered the arrest of a conman who has been defrauding patients. The administration claims some people keep him in the hospital, saying he is an "NRM cadre". It is unacceptable to use NRM or any political party as a cover to steal from patients. I also committed to lobbying Government for more infrastructure and drugs for the hospital. Incline Smith Machine Press Tips: 1) Set the bench to roughly 15-30°….steeper angles generally increase front delt involvement and reduce pec involvement 2) Position yourself so the bar tracks toward the upper chest / lower clavicle region at the bottom of each rep 3) Retract and depress the shoulder blades (“chest up, shoulders down and back”) before unracking to set your base but allow scapula to move freely during the set 4) Keep feet planted firmly on the floor and maintain a stable base 5) Lower the bar under control until you come into contact with your chest (if you cannot do this without pain, just shy of chest is fine) 6) Allow the elbows to travel roughly 45-60° away from the torso…neither excessively tucked nor excessively flared 7) Keep wrists stacked directly over elbows throughout the rep 8) Avoid excessively bouncing the bar off the chest or relaxing at the bottom position 9) Use a grip width that allows the forearms to remain approximately vertical from the front view near the bottom of the rep 10) Full lockout is optional for hypertrophy…stopping just short of lockout can sometimes help maintain continuous tension 11) Control the eccentric and perform the concentric with intent and aggression while maintaining technique 12) If shoulder discomfort occurs, experiment with: - A lower incline angle - A slightly narrower grip - Bringing the touch point slightly lower on the chest - Reduced ROM The Smith machine’s fixed bar path will improve stability and allow greater focus on loading the target musculature close to failure safely….making it a strong hypertrophy option As always, ensure progressive overload is occurring on a regular basis!

THIS IS REALLY CONCERNING 🇺🇸 US government's cash balance has almost reached $1T, its highest level in 5 years. The TGA (Treasury General Account) balance is up $300 billion over the past month, reaching almost $1 trillion. TGA is the US government's primary operating account, held at the Fed. When TGA balance rises, it drains liquidity from the system. When TGA balance falls, it pumps liquidity into the system. Right now, TGA balance is increasing at a rapid pace, which means liquidity is being taken out. Here's why this is bad: 1) Liquidity drain When TGA rises, bank reserves fall. This reduces the cash banks have available to lend or hold as buffers. When this gets extreme, it causes SOFR to spike, which creates stress in money markets. 2) Rising bond yields TGA is often funded by increasing T-bill supply. This pushes bond prices lower and yields higher, which is bad for the economy. 3) Downward pressure on assets When TGA rises quickly, SOFR spikes and bond yields surge. Both of them are bad for risk-on assets, especially crypto. In October 2025, the TGA balance almost reached $1T, and we all saw what happened to the crypto market after that. What could happen next? When liquidity gets drained, the crypto market feels it the earliest. Also, May has started, which has historically been bearish for the crypto market during mid-term election years. This doesn't mean BTC will drop immediately, but from here, the max pain is to the downside.

Yesterday, I proved you can host 14 active users using unquantized memory. Today, I used 8 bit KV Cache Quantization to hack the VRAM footprint. I successfully scaled to 24 concurrent users without a single dropped connection. A 71% server capacity boost for free. By adding the -ctk q8_0 -ctv q8_0 flags to llama.cpp, you compress the KV cache context memory from 16 bit to 8 bit. This unlocks massive concurrency limits on Gemma 4 26B (MoE) on a single 24GB consumer GPU. Here is the exact telemetry from pushing 8 bit quantization to its absolute physical edge: # TEST 1: The 24 User Concurrency Max Server Config: 24 slots (np 24) | 4,096 context per slot | 98,304 Total Context Client Load: 24 simultaneous requests (2,000 token prompt per user) Unquantized KV cache for this load requires 28GB+ VRAM (Instant OOM). Quantized to Q8, it allocated safely at 23.35 GB. The C++ engine crunched the entire batch in 28.5 seconds. You trade a few seconds of initial prefill latency to essentially double your API hosting capacity. For production high volume SaaS, this is the ultimate unit economics cheat code. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. I went from ZERO($0) to 5 figures in less than 5 months The year 2024 was a defining year for me and a lot of my friends. This story is one I should have told since but was waiting for the right time It all began in August after losing a cumulative of $20,000. That was literally all I had left with me and was down to less than $300. I strongly believe the reason all my clients refer me like their lives depend on it is because I handle my job with a unique style of excellence. Starting from my personal page to my clients jobs and even mannerisms 3) Hard work - This aspect has been misused so much. Hard work although very vital must be accompanied with a lot of smart work for you to have results. Scripture shows us that there is a possibility for two people to engage in similar work while they get different result. The one with the smaller result was termed a FOOLISH MAN and the one with better results was called a WISE MAN. The difference is in the knowing, you need to learn how to actually work hard 4) Voice out - Make sure you always voice out when you are not doing as much as you are supposed to. I have a lot of my guys that I tell intricate stuffs about my money-making journey and everyone puts heads together to ensure we all make money I might sound like aspire to perspire but the reality is, bouncing back is difficult but I want you to know that your hard work will eventually pay off I could have just said GOD DID but I know there's someone out there that might need this.
