The average U.S. home is $400k. • You put $80k down • Mortgage = $2k/month • Rent it out for $2.6k/month You’re left with ~$400/month after property taxes & maintenance. It would take over 15 years to get your initial investment back. Now let’s look at the Laundromat: • Purchase price: $799,000 • Down payment: $79,000 • SBA loan: $719,100 • Monthly Cash Flow: $18,833 • Monthly loan payment: ~$9,100 You’re left with $9,733/month. That’s 24x the cash flow from the same money. & you don’t have to work in the laundromat at all because there’s a cleaning team in place, and the rest of the time it’s not staffed. So what do you actually do? 1. Weekly check-ins 2. Track key metrics (revenue, profit) 3. Improve the services you offer (optional) You could run it in 1-3 hours/week. We’ve been conditioned to believe that real estate is automatically a safe investment. & if your goal is to build wealth slowly over 30 years, it is. But if your goal is $5,000+ per month cash flow without waiting 30 years? You need to start looking at buying businesses. I own 8 right now, and they paid me $900k last year. I only worked 20 hours/week running this portfolio. If you want to learn exactly how to find & acquire your first business for little to $0 down… DM me “Biz” and I’ll show you how.

Dear Ashwini Vaishnaw ji, We are so happy that you are relaunching the IRCTC website in 30 days. Instead of working on CAPCHA, please ensure the following: 1. The Site should not crash during Tatkal bookings. Zero crashes especially during payments. 2. Ensure that Senior Citizens get Lower Berths (even now, many Senior citizens get Middle or Upper) even if they book a little later (Algorithm can be fixed) 3. Introduce More General Coaches to accommodate more Travelers 4. Strict Penalty for Unreserved Passengers occupying Reserved Seats. Work on AI cameras to detect this 5. RAC passengers should only pay half the fare for half the seat. So, once chart is prepared, please refund the 50% fare. This can easily be incorporated using simple technology. 6. If any train is delayed for more than 2 hours, refund should be issued automatically. 10% per hour delay. This can be done with some technology. 7. People's time should be valued. Tech can be used for the same. CAPCHA can wait. These things cannot !!! Request my audience to add more points so that the new website can have all these things in next 30 days 😍 #FI

Your chair is quietly wrecking your hips. Most adults sit ~10 hours a day. That parks the psoas and rectus femoris in chronic flexion. So: 1. They shorten. 2. The pelvis tips forward. 3. The lumbar spine takes the load. 4. The glutes go quiet. Walking lunges break it on every step. The trailing leg forces full hip extension (the position sitting never allows). That lengthens the flexors under load and wakes the glutes. The front leg has to decelerate and stabilize, so gluteus medius and deep core fire to stop pelvic drop. Left and right sides can’t hide anymore. Single-leg control isn’t a gym flex. Inability to hold a 10-second one-leg stand is linked to higher mortality risk. Balance declines with age faster than grip or gait. The Action Plan: If you sit most of the day, 2–3 sets of 8–10 walking lunges after work is mechanical medicine. Slow. Full extension on the back leg. Tall torso. Can you stand on one leg for 10 seconds without wobbling? Try it and tell me. #HipHealth #Posture

Last week I did spot checks at Masaka Regional Referral Hospital after hearing from the public and whistleblowers. Yesterday I met with the hospital administration and we agreed on the following; 1. Accountability & Monitoring: Deploy more hospital inspectors and staff to the control room to monitor CCTV cameras. Take firm action against absenteeism, extortion of money from patients, and unprofessional conduct by some health workers. 2. No Excuses: The administration informed me that there has been a recent salary enhancement and more recruitment. Therefore, there is no justification for absenteeism without valid reason, extortion, or unprofessionalism. 3. Oversight: I committed to visiting the hospital once every month to monitor progress together with the administration. Spot checks will also continue based on reports from whistleblowers. 4. Service Delivery: We discussed the delayed payment of interns and the need for Government to make scan services completely free, since most people cannot afford them. I also raised complaints from Banna Masaka that some medical workers, especially nurses, are rude to patients. The administration promised to continue counseling staff to be more compassionate and patient-centered. 5. Progress: With the new complex now operational, no mothers are sleeping on the floor anymore and our NICU is fully equipped. 6. Fighting Fraud: I ordered the arrest of a conman who has been defrauding patients. The administration claims some people keep him in the hospital, saying he is an "NRM cadre". It is unacceptable to use NRM or any political party as a cover to steal from patients. I also committed to lobbying Government for more infrastructure and drugs for the hospital. Public money must be used for public service delivery — for every mother, father, youth, and child. #kisanjanomoresleep #kisanjanomorecorruption #MasakaCity #HealthForAll #ZeroToleranceToCorruption

Incline Smith Machine Press Tips: 1) Set the bench to roughly 15-30°….steeper angles generally increase front delt involvement and reduce pec involvement 2) Position yourself so the bar tracks toward the upper chest / lower clavicle region at the bottom of each rep 3) Retract and depress the shoulder blades (“chest up, shoulders down and back”) before unracking to set your base but allow scapula to move freely during the set 4) Keep feet planted firmly on the floor and maintain a stable base 5) Lower the bar under control until you come into contact with your chest (if you cannot do this without pain, just shy of chest is fine) 6) Allow the elbows to travel roughly 45-60° away from the torso…neither excessively tucked nor excessively flared 7) Keep wrists stacked directly over elbows throughout the rep 8) Avoid excessively bouncing the bar off the chest or relaxing at the bottom position 9) Use a grip width that allows the forearms to remain approximately vertical from the front view near the bottom of the rep 10) Full lockout is optional for hypertrophy…stopping just short of lockout can sometimes help maintain continuous tension 11) Control the eccentric and perform the concentric with intent and aggression while maintaining technique 12) If shoulder discomfort occurs, experiment with: - A lower incline angle - A slightly narrower grip - Bringing the touch point slightly lower on the chest - Reduced ROM The Smith machine’s fixed bar path will improve stability and allow greater focus on loading the target musculature close to failure safely….making it a strong hypertrophy option As always, ensure progressive overload is occurring on a regular basis!

Dirac Finance — Update on TGE and Next Steps (For Beras who can’t read, please find a tl;dr below in the next tweet) A. Global sentiment and commitment: 1. The past few weeks have tested the resilience of DeFi, and the Berachain ecosystem has shown strong coordination and stability. 2. At Dirac, our commitment remains unchanged: we are building on Berachain Foundation 🐻⛓ because we believe in its Proof-of-Liquidity consensus, perfectly aligned with Dirac Finance’s vault infrastructure and token design. B. Product: 1. After completing the first vault cycles with strong APRs, Dirac proved its potential as a vault infrastructure connecting complex primitives (perps, options, and other yield strategies) with users seeking simplicity and efficiency. 2. We are now in advanced discussions with DeFi strategists to deploy new vaults. Strategists’ compensation consists of sharing part of the yield (up to 3%). 3. On the development side, the Kodiak perps integration is live — thanks to Orderly for their support — and additional integrations are underway. 4. To become a fully decentralized vault infrastructure, we will deploy the $DIRAC token, a central element of both governance and the Dirac vault economy. C. TGE: 1. Last week, we finalized the TGE framework with Ramen 🍜. Major $DIRAC token purchasers, including W3f Group and our community, are aligned for a Q4 to early Q1 TGE. 2. The $DIRAC token will launch through Ramen 🍜 and be available on Kodiak in an Island v2 pool, receiving BGT emissions during and after launch. 3. We are reinforcing our team with DeFi OGs and vault curators to bring additional energy to the TGE preparation and post-TGE period. Team additions and partnerships will be disclosed in the coming days. 4. TGE details will be shared soon, once we finalize the date with Ramen. --- We believe in consistency, transparency, and hard work in all market conditions. We appreciate everyone’s continued support and patience. More updates will follow soon. Questions or feedback? Join our Discord and chat with the team: http:// Let’s keep pushing!

THIS IS REALLY CONCERNING 🇺🇸 US government's cash balance has almost reached $1T, its highest level in 5 years. The TGA (Treasury General Account) balance is up $300 billion over the past month, reaching almost $1 trillion. TGA is the US government's primary operating account, held at the Fed. When TGA balance rises, it drains liquidity from the system. When TGA balance falls, it pumps liquidity into the system. Right now, TGA balance is increasing at a rapid pace, which means liquidity is being taken out. Here's why this is bad: 1) Liquidity drain When TGA rises, bank reserves fall. This reduces the cash banks have available to lend or hold as buffers. When this gets extreme, it causes SOFR to spike, which creates stress in money markets. 2) Rising bond yields TGA is often funded by increasing T-bill supply. This pushes bond prices lower and yields higher, which is bad for the economy. 3) Downward pressure on assets When TGA rises quickly, SOFR spikes and bond yields surge. Both of them are bad for risk-on assets, especially crypto. In October 2025, the TGA balance almost reached $1T, and we all saw what happened to the crypto market after that. What could happen next? When liquidity gets drained, the crypto market feels it the earliest. Also, May has started, which has historically been bearish for the crypto market during mid-term election years. This doesn't mean BTC will drop immediately, but from here, the max pain is to the downside.

Gemma 4 26B A4B MoE - 500+ t/s decode - Single RTX 4090 (24 GB VRAM) - Llama.cpp concurrency 24 - q8 kv cache How many API users can you simultaneously host on a single RTX 4090 (24 GB VRAM) before it crashes? Yesterday, I proved you can host 14 active users using unquantized memory. Today, I used 8 bit KV Cache Quantization to hack the VRAM footprint. I successfully scaled to 24 concurrent users without a single dropped connection. A 71% server capacity boost for free. By adding the -ctk q8_0 -ctv q8_0 flags to llama.cpp, you compress the KV cache context memory from 16 bit to 8 bit. This unlocks massive concurrency limits on Gemma 4 26B (MoE) on a single 24GB consumer GPU. Here is the exact telemetry from pushing 8 bit quantization to its absolute physical edge: # TEST 1: The 24 User Concurrency Max Server Config: 24 slots (np 24) | 4,096 context per slot | 98,304 Total Context Client Load: 24 simultaneous requests (2,000 token prompt per user) Unquantized KV cache for this load requires 28GB+ VRAM (Instant OOM). Quantized to Q8, it allocated safely at 23.35 GB. The C++ engine crunched the entire batch in 28.5 seconds. Decode Speed: 21 t/s (Per User) | 500 t/s (Agg) # TEST 2: The 48 User Queue Overload What happens to a compressed cache during a traffic spike? Server Config: 24 slots (np 24) | 4,096 context per slot | 98,304 Total Context Client Load: 48 simultaneous requests (2k token prompt per user) Zero queue drops. The scheduler flushed and hot swapped the 8 bit memory flawlessly on the fly, completing all 48 users in 66.0 seconds (a perfect 2.3x queue scaling multiplier). Decode Speed: 18 t/s (Per User) | 430 t/s (Agg) # TEST 3: The 8 User RAG Slam Server Config: 8 slots (np 8) | 60,000 context per slot | 480,000 Total Context Client Load: 8 simultaneous requests (30k token prompt per user) It allocated 23.83 GB VRAM and chewed through ~240,000 prefill tokens in 46 seconds under massive memory pressure. Prefill Speed: 6,200 t/s (Agg) Decode Speed: 22 t/s (Per User) | 175 t/s (Agg) # The Engineering Alpha (The Quantization Tradeoff): You gain a massive 71% increase in server capacity, but what do you lose? Compute latency. Because the cache is stored in 8 bit, the GPU's cores have to dequantize the memory back to 16 bit on the fly during every single prefill step. In my unquantized tests yesterday, single slot prefill was hitting ~1,500+ t/s. Today, under the heavy 48-user Q8 load, prefill dropped as low as ~750 t/s. You trade a few seconds of initial prefill latency to essentially double your API hosting capacity. For production high volume SaaS, this is the ultimate unit economics cheat code. Here is the exact command to run a 24 user Q8 continuous batching server on your own single 4090, single 3090 or any 24gb vram rig: ./build/bin/llama-server -m gemma-4-26B-A4B-it.gguf -c 98304 -np 24 -b 2048 -ub 2048 -ngl 99 -fa on -ctk q8_0 -ctv q8_0 --port 8080 (Note: -c 98304 allocates exactly 4,096 tokens of context per user across 24 slots). Hugging Face links to the Unsloth Gemma 4 26B QAT quants along with performance graphs available in the replies. Would you trade 3 seconds of Time To First Token latency to double your active user capacity?

this is more useful than my entire degree Elon Musk's rocket company signed a $60,000,000,000 deal for Cursor in June, and eight days ago the two of them put a worker on sale for $200 a month: it gets its own computer in the cloud, signs into your accounts, clicks through your real apps, and hands back finished work instead of a draft for you to paste i ran one against my receipts folder on sunday and got back 14 filed, 2 it held because they needed a card number, and a saved method i never wrote myself Grok Bot is the one you train by doing your own job in front of it, and the whole handover fits in four messages tonight: 1. write out one job you did today the way you would brief a new hire: what has to be finished, which sites and files to work from, what to hand back, and where it stops and asks you 2. let it run once on something safe to get wrong, then correct the result until it is worth your name 3. say "save what we just did as a skill", and add the one rule about what always needs your approval 4. say "run that skill every weekday at 8 and post the result here. if the source is missing, tell me instead of using yesterday's numbers" xAI wrote that order into its own manual: one real job, then the saved method, then the clock. a schedule sitting on top of a method nobody checked replaces two hours of your clicking with two hours of your mistake turns out you never get to pick the brain, and that is the part i would argue about: the manual says there is no model picker for members or admins, no plan to add one, and the bill follows whichever model answered bookmark this, then open the piece below: which jobs deserve a worker of their own, and which ones quietly burn the seat ↓

“There is a tension between what the users of a currency want – and the users of a currency tend to like freedom, autonomy, and discretion as to what they spent their money on – and what the issuers of a currency want; and bluntly, the issuers of a currency want control. Control of monetary policy, and control of you.” The Bank of England’s consultation papers make very clear the level of control that they wish to exercise over you, and over your supposed financial autonomy, if you were to use their #DigitalPound. (1) You’ll need to provide ID in order to use the #DigitalPound: “For the digital pound, tiered access would allow for different levels of user access and functionality based on the amount of identification (ID) a user is willing or able to provide.” (2) The Bank will dictate how much you can hold: “The Bank would place some limits on holdings of digital pounds, at least during its introductory period.” (3) The digital pound will be programmable, if not by the Bank itself then by third party providers: “Programmability, delivered by Payment Interface Providers, could also enable the use of smart contracts, which carry out specific actions based on pre-defined terms and conditions.” Quotes are from from the Bank of England’s Digital Pound consultation paper: Whatever the #DigitalPound will be, it won’t be cash. Cash does not require me to show ID to use it. I can hold as much cash as I want or need. And, along with #Bitcoin, cash is a bearer instrument whose title is freely transferrable upon delivery, which is very difficult for a central bank to control. And long may it stay this way. A huge shout out and thank you to Lyn Alden, who made this point much more eloquently than I did in her excellent book #BrokenMoney. Thank you! Also I’m aware that my hand gestures in this clip are reminiscent of Richard Hendricks manipulating ‘datas’ on stage at TechCrunch Disrupt in #SiliconValley, and for this I can only apologize: #BitcoinConference #Amsterdam #NoToCBDCs

My Uber driver asked what I do for work. Software.... Cool. Can you look at something? He handed me his phone at a red light. Terminal. Claude chat. Green P&L. +$6,200. He drives Uber 4 days a week. Makes $1,100. Has a 2-year-old daughter. Where did you find this? Your article. The 10,000 wallets one. He read it 3 months ago. Did not understand half of it. Asked Claude to explain it like he's five. 214 messages. All during breaks between rides. Parked at gas stations. Waiting for pings. 1st thing Claude told him: 87% of wallets lose money. Do not be the 87%. He installed poly_data. Fed it to Claude. Found 47 wallets with Sharpe above 2.0. Filtered crypto only. Quarter Kelly. $200 starting bankroll. From his tips. 93 messages later Claude helped him build the 20-line brain from the article. Bayesian updates. EV filter at 5%. Fully automated. Last 45 days: → 480 trades → 91.3% win rate → +$6,200 Best trade, whale convergence on Fed rate cut. 4 wallets entered in 2 minutes. Entry $0.12. Resolved $1.00. +$1,760. While dropping off a passenger at JFK. The passenger tipped him $5. The bot made $1,760. His wife found the Telegram alerts on his phone. Thought he was texting another woman. He showed her the P&L curve. Can you make me one? How long until you quit driving? He looked at me through the rearview mirror. I'm not stopping. Uber is my cover story. I wrote the article. He actually opened terminal. You only need Claude + laptop + 1 hour/day. Giving This Free for 24 hours. To get it: 1. Comment the word "Trade" 2. Like and Retweet this post 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar (so i can DM you) Save this post. Deploy the bot this weekend. Start with $200. Scale on evidence.

She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight.
