Tom Lawrence - 3rd Goal I try not to get raging and single out individuals but see when you're only on the park 15mins at this point with "Fresh Legs", this is horrendous. 50 Seconds between him losing the ball & still not in a position to get close to Callum McGregor 60 yards up the pitch. McCausland giving the ball is definitely poor but Lawrence is 35seconds before he even starts jogging.

Cardinals Player Spotlight - Ray Lankford Lankford was born on June 5, 1967, in Los Angeles, California. He played as an outfielder in Major League Baseball, primarily for the St. Louis Cardinals, from 1990 to 2004, with a brief stint with the San Diego Padres in 2001-2002. After a taste of the big leagues in 1990, Lankford would finished 3rd in voting for the National League's Rookie of the Year in 1991. Lankford was known for his combination of power and speed, hitting 238 home runs and stealing 258 bases over his career. He spent most of his career with the Cardinals, where he became a fan favorite. His best season was arguably 1998, when he hit .293 with 31 home runs and 105 RBIs. Lankford hit 123 home runs at Busch Stadium II, the most of any player in the stadium's history. He finished his career in his home ballpark with a pinch hit home run in his final major league at bat on October 3, 2004. He is the only player to have 200 home runs and 200 stolen bases as a Cardinal. After retiring, he has occasionally been involved in coaching and mentoring young players. I don’t know that he’s pooped. So I go look and think, “Hey… is that poop?” Then I turn on the flash to check. “Oh yeah, that is poop.” And do you know what the real disaster is? The moment he sees the poop, he jumps right in and starts messing with his own poop. Then his whole body gets covered in poop. After that, when I try to catch him, he runs away. And since he’s covered in poop, he just runs everywhere covered in poop and spreading it everywhere.... 😭😭😭 // Someone save him

Diomande - Runs Beyond & In-Behind Yes, everyone knows Diomande is my "Hill to Die On" & we can argue all-day whether he is a 6/8/10 but that sometimes doesn't matter. His real quality and difference he brings to our team is stretching the game: - Runs Beyond Forwards with Goal Threat - Underlaps FB's and Wingers Creating Space In Scotland, yes, it's probably harder to get the runs beyond but underlapping runs are a must and he will do them game after game. Get behind him because i believe this is one of our keys to any success

This is so good. Rory McIlroy goes deep into what happened on the 13th hole at the Masters when he flubbed his chip. Should he have stayed aggressive? The last part is awesome. It goes deep into the psyche of golfers and how it affects us all. He explains why the Masters is so different and how it affects their expectations. Memories are so powerful. In that moment, he was already thinking about his US Open wedge that cost him that trophy. No wonder he was tail spinning.

A hard rescue today as I got a message from a kind local lady who needed help with an old blind dog. The poor boy was most likely dumped in the area because the “end was close for him”. He was confused on the beach and stuck. He wouldn’t have lasted much longer were it not for their bravery. His vet results were about as bad as it gets. His eyes might be glaucoma as he can’t see a thing and his kidneys and liver are bad as well as severe anemia. His anemia is so bad we can’t even put him on a drip. While I was driving him around I just had to keep talking to him as his head would keep dropping. His body is so weak. He is also very hard to handle as he lashes out with bites as he can’t see what is going on around him. He is terrified. The ladies called him Rocky as they are hoping he will make a comeback. It won’t be easy at all but he did start eating, drinking and resting well this evening. We will all have to keep everything crossed for this lovely boy. Whatever happens he isn’t on his own and he has the best medical care now. Rocky even let me pet his head tonight. I think he understands he is safe.

“Jacob, you don’t know ball. Bron always makes the right pass.” — Bron fanboys Y’all got mad at me for saying Bron is PASSIVE late game because he doesn’t have a TRUSTWORTHY jumpshot. So I went back and watched Kobe’s breakdown of what he wants to see from LeBron in the finals. Kobe AGREES with me: Bron needs to stop always driving all the way inside with a fake attack just to kick it out. He NEEDS to develop a 1-2 dribble pull-up on the elbow. He sees a man who was here 45 minutes earlier and he realizes he was waiting for his mother who was in line just ahead of him. So he brings him in line with him up front, cutting everyone else in line. What I don’t get is if the man’s mother is already in line, why did he have to do anything at all, she could have easily ordered for him. Don’t think this was appropriate?

Congrats to Ryan Ward for having his contract selected and being placed on the Dodgers' 40 Man Roster. Wardo was awarded as the Most Valuable Player in the PCL this past season after hitting .290, with an OPS of .937. He posted a WRC+ of 132, and his 36 home runs led ALL of the Minor Leagues During this season he also became the ALL-TIME home runs leader (90) and RBIs (318) in the history of the Bricktown Ballpark Era for OKC baseball. On a personal note, I've been going to AAA OKC games since 1975. That dates back to All-Sports stadium, and 6 different affiliation changes, 5 of which have been in my lifetime, and that I remember VERY well. So, to see this with my own eyes was truly historical on a personal level for me as well. #89ERS And, to have it happen in the first year of the new branding was a real "page turner" of OKC baseball, so that's SUPER cool too. Ward also drove in 122 runs, which is the most of ANY player in the PCL since 2010, and racked up the most total bases (315) of any player in the PCL since 2001. Ward also set single-season records for the Bricktown era in hits (164), runs (113), and RBIs (122). As per his defense... His outfield play has gotten better and better as each year has passed, and, while his bat will likely always be the"show stealer", he is a good athlete and has become a very solid outfielder. He can also play 1st base, and dabbled in a touch of 2nd base while at Bryant Baseball Speaking of Bryant, he's the only Bulldog ever to hit over .400 for a single season, and he struck out just 1 time his senior Season at Millbury, so the "hit tool" is NOT a new thing for him. As an aside, he graduated with fewer than 100 kids in his High School, and he is not shy to show pride in his "small town" work ethic. With all the home runs over the fence, his highlight of last year was an at-bat where he kept the ball IN the park. Wardo knocked an INSIDE-the-park WALKOFF home run back at the beginning of May. Congrats, Wardo, I could type ALL DAY about this dude, but that will do it for NOW. #dodgers

He pursues them, pleading for its return, but they respond by striking him with batons. He persists and runs after them as they try to disappear with it. When he catches up with them again, one of the officers SMASHES the phone and then hands it back to him! This is the impunity we deal with on a daily.
