This is how I remember Charlie, and always will. He'd lost his voice and asked me to speak for him at some California events. It was so incredible to see the effect he had on people. His smile and the light in his eyes. He was with me on day 1, and I know he's with me now. He always said he had "a heart for California" and wanted so much to see us win and turn our beautiful state around. We will, Charlie. We will.

I feel the time has come to bring my journey with the Ghana national team to an end. 🇬🇭❤️ I leave happy, proud and with the peace of mind of knowing that I gave everything every time I wore this shirt. Ghana has given me much more than football. It has allowed me to come back home, feel even closer to my roots and experience the enormous pride of representing my country and wearing this flag on my chest. Here's Tucker on his love for fellow UT Austin alum + former NBA rival Kevin Durant: "One of the all-time greats, maybe the best scorer to ever play. Kev's the man, everybody knows that. It's good to see him toward the end, being here in Houston, being able to keep it going, keep being as good as he is. It's good to see."

Mom here: Sam has been having a little trouble with his back legs. Nothing new, just more dramatic lately. His back legs gave out trying to go up a flight of stairs - which is new. So we sat on the floor together and shared blueberries. Calling the vet to get him in for his Ketamine and Librela shot which always seem to help. Growing old is part of life, we will care for him just as he cared for me for so many years. Video: Sam lying on a tile floor being fed blueberries.

Something happened this morning that really touched my heart. ❤️ My son, who is autistic, has always struggled whenever it’s time to barb his hair. He would cry, scream and make noises, and some people at the barbing salon would talk down on him because they didn’t understand what he was going through. Because of this, I arranged for a barber to come and barb his hair at home. But after some time, the barber stopped coming. A few days ago, my son told me he wanted to barb his hair. I told him, “Okay, I’ll take you.” I called the barber and asked him to let me know whenever the salon was empty so I could bring my son without exposing him to unnecessary embarrassment. This morning, he called and said, “Nobody is here. You can bring him.” We got there, and something amazing happened. My son sat down by himself. I didn’t have to hold him. He didn’t cry. He didn’t scream. He didn’t make any noise. He simply sat there and allowed the barber to do his job perfectly. 😯❤️ I was shocked. I kept looking at him like, “Is this really my son?” 😂 God, thank You! 🙏🏽 Maturity is setting in gradually, and moments like this remind me that our children are growing, learning and making progress even when the progress may not happen as quickly as we expect. Taking care of a child with special needs requires total understanding, patience, love and consistency. Never give up on them. Look at the video. ❤️👇🏽
