It’s funny .. I was literally having this debate last month with a friend from real estate He was bragging about location, passive income, and "you can touch it" arguments… right until I showed him how a few clicks moved more value than a year of rent from his portfolio.. no agent, no bank, no paperwork Bitcoin doesn't replace real estate, but it sure makes the old system look like dial-up
