You should be ashamed of yourself for not getting him medical treatment. You’re letting him suffer alone none of you are supporting him. I’m not a Trump supporter but I recognize mental health issues when I see them. I am going to do what you haven’t report you to Social Services for Elder Abuse and Neglect. The woman on the other end is less than useful, she claims he has to pay now and be reimbursed later by his apartment manager. He tells her he doesn’t have any money on her and she tells him that he can’t leave without paying. At this point you are being held hostage in this situation, what would you do, drive through the gate?
